Tropic Winds 3 Bdrm, Remodeled Low Floor Beachfront Condo, Free Beach Chairs!

We love staying with Greta’s! But, this condo was perfect for us. If you like a higher up condo, but not too high, this one is perfect! The beds were comfy, the balcony is huge, the pots and pans were great to have on hand. I just can’t say enough good things.

Riley with Greta’s Beach Rentals was wonderful. The condo was beautiful and so clean at check-in. We loved the spacious porch and excellent service. The elevators were very fast. We had no problems with the condos. The pool was very clean as well as the hot tub.

Greta’s Beach Rentals is easy to work with and makes for an stress-free vacation. However, Tropics Winds itself has made some changes that make it not as nice as it used to be. One of the beach chair attendants was rude and hard to find. The last two years we’ve been able to smell smoke on the balcony from another balcony despite Tropic Winds being strictly non-smoking. We have a child with asthma and this is a big deal for us. There’s no guard on duty at night anymore and we never saw anyone checking wristbands. We’d love to see them return to a higher standard as it once was.

We loved everything about our stay! The balcony was huge. The condo was very clean and well stocked. Great location! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We will definitely be back :)

Can't say enough about how great this condo is as well as Greta's Beach Rentals. Riley from Greta's Beach Rentals accommodated us with a parking spot for our 15 passenger van and was sure to let us know to contact him with any issues. This condo itself was the best we've ever stayed at. We're already looking at booking it for next year. The balcony is unbelievably spacious with plenty of chairs. Every room was spotless. Hot water & great water pressure in the bathrooms. Unlike other condos at PCB waiting for elevators was never an issue & we were here during one of the busiest weeks of the season. Love this place and we will be back.

We stayed here with our elderly grandmother and our parents. We have two young kids. There was plenty of room for all of us with my husband and I staying in the double Queen room with our kids, our parents stayed in the main master bedroom and grandmother in the other master bedroom. Yes, there are two masters with balcony access and everyone has their own restroom. The condo is updated, clean, and contains really anything kitchen-wise or extras for the beach/pool that you’d need. There’s also a pack n play for little ones that may need it. The pool is small but nice. The building is smaller, so that means less people and the pool wasn’t crowded while we were there, so it was perfect for us. Not too much waiting for elevator like we’ve experienced at some of the other, bigger condos. The beach is beautiful. Our grandmother could watch us from the spacious, gorgeous balcony. (I really can’t say enough good things about the balcony.) We didn’t use the chairs and umbrella service but the option is always a plus. There are also extra chairs in the laundry room for the beach. The location is great, not so close to the downtown craziness but easy to get to any restaurants. I have nothing negative to say! Book it!

The property has an amazing view and, is very clean and cozy I have a good recommendation.

We came for an our son’s basketball tournament and to enjoy a long weekend at the beach. The condo was the best floor plan I’ve seen. So spacious and relaxing. Greta’s Management company is by far the best management company I’ve ever used. Wonderful communication and very smooth check-in and check-out process. I highly recommend using them!!!
