Trillium 4C Beach Front Condo with Private Balcony|Gorgeous Updates|Pool!

Beautiful view and access to the beach. Pool was nice. Unfortunately the elevator didn’t work the entire time we were there (no fun being in the 4th floor!) but we were notified before our trip. Few other maintenance things but all-in-all was a good trip.

We loved our stay here! The condo was updated beautifully and the oceanfront views were spectacular!

We just love this place. This is our third year staying at the Trillium. The beach is not that crowded and everything you need is close by. This is a very clean place that has all the amenities you need to relax!

This condo was beautiful. Everything was updated inside. The kitchen was a dream kitchen. Bedrooms were nice. My only problem was it’s a beachfront condo and they had two beach chairs and one was broke. NO beach towels or anything for the beach. I’ve rented many condos on the beach and they always have towels and some beach equipment. Thankfully the chair rental guys remembered us and we had a great time. Oh, there were no extra blankets or anything like that. If they just added those little things it would have been beyond perfect if that’s possible.

The property was in a convenient location, with access to restaurants, nightlife and beaches.

Located right on the Madeira beach and within walking distance of John’s Pass. Great view of the ocean. Could see dolphins and even watched a turtle lay eggs right in front of our condo. Also, the sunsets were spectacular. We rented three other condos occupying one entire floor for family.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wir hatten über die Jahre schon mehrfach Condos über Resort Rentals gebucht. Die Abwicklung ist immer einwandfrei und seriös. Das Trillium 4C hat eine 1A Lage= Meerfront Balkon, gut isolierende Fenster- was vor allen wichtig ist, wenn die Schlafzimmer zur Strasse gehen und eine insgesamt gute Ausstattung. Die Matratze im Hauptschlafzimmer ist allerdings sehr quietschend. Sich leise drauf zu legen, gelingt gar nicht. Anscheinend ist der Weichmacher raus... Was wir uns wünschen würden beim nächsten Mal: ein oder zwei Kaffeefilter, damit man nicht gleich losrennen muss um ein 100er Pack zu holen. Ein oder zwei anständige Liegestühle und ansonsten den alten Schrott in den Wandschränken mal entsorgen. Und mal die Öffnungen zur AirCondition sauber machen. Dennoch: Zu Resort Rentals gerne wieder und in dieses Condo gerne auch wieder!!

The only draw back for me was the beds were not very comfortable for me. I know this is different for everyone which is why I gave it 4 star instead of 5. This is not a show stopper and would book there again!

Repair technician failed in restoring functionality.Condo need more eating utensils.Only 4 spoons remain.No blankets in condo (maybe due to COVID protocol?). Had to buy our own bedding for the colder nightsCockroaches on 3 different occasions. Spray company had to return twice

We stayed over Christmas break. This was best winter vacation we ever had. Super enjoyable.
