The Space:<br>
The first building located within the desirable Hibiscus Oceanfront Resort community, guests of this spacious 2-bedroom home will enjoy beautifully maintained grounds creating a tropical paradise complete with 3 pools, one of which is heated, 2 jacuzzi spas, a fitness center, gas grills, tennis and pickleball courts, comfortable patio furniture, and a beachfront gazebo. Pack up your boogie board and sunscreen for a day by the shore, the beach just a short walk from your front door.



While the home offers a serene escape, the historic charm of nearby St. Augustine adds to the uniqueness of your vacation experience. Stroll through the quaint downtown area of the nation’s oldest city, where Spanish colonial buildings house charming boutiques, cozy cafes, and exquisite restaurants. Feel the gentle sea breeze as you explore the historic Castillo de San Marcos, or enjoy a leisurely boat ride along the Matanzas River, taking in the stunning views of the city’s skyline. As the day winds down, find a peaceful spot on the beach to watch the sunset paint the sky with hues of orange and pink.



Step through the front door to be greeted by a bright and airy interior, the open floorplan creating an environment of relaxation and connectivity amid the comfortable furnishings and coastal-chic décor. Sink into plush sofa seating in the living room while you stream all your favorite entertainment on the smart TV. A sliding glass door opens out onto the rear balcony, an ideal spot for enjoying a meal al fresco in the fresh salty air or playing a game of cards with an afternoon cocktail.



Back indoors, the fully equipped kitchen will have you whipping up homecooked delights in no time, showcasing stainless steel appliances, and crisp white cabinetry stocked with all the comforts of home. Gather at the table for formal meals with seating for 4 or have a more casual seat at the counter to snack on appetizers or assist with meal prep. In the early morning hours, fire up the coffee maker and take your fresh cup out onto the front balcony, enjoying a few moments of peace while the neighborhood wakes up around you.



This home comfortably sleeps 7 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, twin size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Dedicated parking available for 1 vehicle with additional parking for 1 vehicle on a first come, first served basis. Parking passes are required and will be located in the home upon arrival.

• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 pets allowed. A flat pet fee of $25 per pet will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet. Pets are not allowed on the furniture.
