Stayed Jun 13, 2026Nice 21st floor room. Elevator planning is important. The free ice cream and the host's are great additions. I rated check-in average but it was the parking pass issues caused by the management. No complaints otherwise.

Stayed Apr 25, 2026This place was great for us!!! The view from the balcony is breathtaking and the free ice cream from the owners at their ice cream shop was just a magnificent bonus! We loved the food at the market that’s on site as well as the restaurant. There were so many things to do in the area as well. Great place to stay and Marla was amazing to deal with. We would not hesitate to book this place again.

Stayed Apr 4, 2026We have never been to PCB, and rented based on the listing pics. This property was as advertised. Clean, furnished, guarded parking and private pool/beach area. Spectacular view offering both sunrise and sunset! Really. Host was helpful and very reponsive

Stayed Mar 28, 2026This was an awesome condo with amazing views! Our family truly felt at home. The owners live locally and respond very quickly to any questions. The resort features a pool, two hot tubs, and a bar/food area right next to the pool. Both the pool area and the inside of the resort were very clean. It’s just steps away from the beach, and security was excellent. Parking was never an issue. I would highly recommend renting from Marla and Jeff—you won’t be disappointed! We’re already planning to return next spring break.

Stayed Dec 25, 2025The hosts were wonderful, helping with any questions quickly! The condo is beautiful with a fabulous view off the balcony. It is equipped with everything from kitchen to chairs and toys for the beach. We hope to rent again!!!

After a long day at the beach, pool, or late supper it was nice knowing we were going have a good night sleep bc the BEDS were very comfortable. Jeff and Marla you have a very nice condo! I highly recommend trying this place out. We love that we got to get free ice cream as well! Yum yum yum!!
