We had a wonderful stay in Treasure Island with two families of 5. Plenty of room to spread out and we saw dolphins everyday. Fished off the docks and rented a boat which we kept on the property for the week. Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful rental! We had two families in one unit and it was perfect. The water is breathtaking, everyday all day we watched dolphins swim, the kids fished as often as they could and caught a ton of fish. Home was super clean, communication was great, would recommend!

This place worked out great for our week. Very spacious for our 7. Kitchen was well stocked. Boys used the fishing poles and bikes. Beautiful deck views of the canal. Gas grills new and easy to use. Management responded immediately to any inquiries. 5 minute walk to Publix and to beach. If going to Treasure Island again, I would stay here

Will book there again and again. The only negative thing is you can hear the neighbors upstairs walking around, but otherwise it was a great stay.

They were so well accommodated. We even had beach towels and items such as chairs to take to the beach. The Kayaks and paddle boards were also fun to use. Our units were very clean. The pool and dock area were very nice. The location is very close to John’s Pass and other shopping/restaurants.Foxys and Crabby’s on the pass are delicious. We had some issues with parking and the management responded promptly and were a huge help. I highly recommend this location!

The space was large and well-maintained, with perfect parking spots and convenient elevators for groceries. The pool was excellent, and the dock offered an amazing view. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were so disappointed with our stay. If you book, I feel like it’s super important to know what you’re getting into. There are 4 total rentals in this space. We were on the first level and had a family above us. The kids ran non-stop the ENTIRE week. In fact, as the week went on the noise got worse — 7am to 9pm...non-stop running. It was incredibly loud; there seems to be no real sound barrier between the two spaces on each side. We messaged the host early on in our stay begging for them to message the people above us. We only got the response, “I’ll try” with no follow up after. The people on the same floor as us decided that smoking on their balcony (located right next to ours) was a good idea. Why not share it with everyone?There are so many positives about this place: The home is comfortable. The beds sleep well. Waking up and having coffee on the patio overlooking the water is nice. The dock is perfect for your boat rental. It’s a short walk to the beach (and the beach is beautiful). But ultimately, the pros did not outweigh the cons for us. The competing music (one family’s selection vs another’s), smoking and nonstop noise made this experience not one we’d like to repeat. If you have a big family and plan on booking the entire place, it would be AMAZING. Oh and the pool is nice - but maximum capacity is 20 and there are easily more than 20 people in two of the 4 places. You’re definitely on top of each other. We ended up leaving early and booking a hotel nearby.

Very central and great location to walk around and get to the beach. Spacious house with great views!
