Treasure on the COMAL! Downtown with Pool/Hot Tub!

Great River and downtown location with nice amenities.

Clean condo. Enjoyable stay. Communication with host was great.

We had a wonderful stay in Matt's charming condo! Check in was super easy, the location was perfect, communication from Matt was excellent, and the condo had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. We plan to return next year, and next time, thanks to how thoughtfully and well supplied the condo is, I won't need to pack nearly as much! If you're coming to tube the Comal, this location is especially fantastic - there's an outfitter on either side of the complex to take care of your needs, and from this location, you have the longest float time available on the river, and you're walking distance from New Braunfels darling downtown! Our group contained age 8 to age 80 and everyone was happy!

We have stayed in this condo 3 times now and have enjoyed it everytime. The property is always clean and well stocked. The property owner is always very responsive and kind. When we plan a trip to New Braunfels I always try to plan it around this property’s availability.

The apartment was very nice and as described. There was plenty of space and we really enjoyed the balcony.

Our time was bittersweet as a family pet got sick. Matt the property manager came to our unit and helped me load the dog onto his truck and transport him to a local vet. Sadly the dog did not make it. But I can't thank Matt enough for all his help and kindness. The property was beautiful. The floor tile unique. I won't spoil the surprise but its worth looking closely at to discover all the surprising details. And from my entire family. Thank you Matt.
