Stayed Jul 11, 2025In right my daughter and her friends for an end of summer vacation. Parked the car and walked everywhere. Everything is conveniently located and took the trolley to Johns Pass for dinner and some shopping. Condo was just as advertised and very well stocked! We will be back!

Stayed May 29, 2025Condo is exactly as pictured and well maintained. Pool and hot tub are clean and the beach is right across the street. Balcony looks right at the intercostal and we spent hours watching the birds and dolphins go by! Melissa was great to deal with and responded to any questions we had within minutes.

Stayed May 20, 2025Came to St. Pete for my son’s wedding. Melissa was so helpful and flexible.. we had a wonderful stay at her place…from the pool, to being able to watch dolphins from our deck! A great place to stay!!

Stayed Nov 27, 2024Truly a great stay! Our group stayed over Thanksgiving weekend and Melissa was so incredibly helpful. She sent us a list of every place that would be open so sweet wouldn't have to stress about anything. The property is perfectly located - literally steps from Publix and beach access. And yet the property is unbelievably quiet. We were able to sit outside and watch dolphins every day!
