Treasure Island Beach Condo - Perfect Location - Easy Access To Beach

Good location, the back court yard is nice and relaxing .

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. There was some confusion at first about how to get the internet to work and Wi-Fi but they were quick to respond. And there is NO elevator that works in this building . The condo was very clean and quiet and my husband loved fishing on the Intercoastal Waterway.The pool is on the smaller side but it was never overcrowded.

Everything was good except A/C went out on our last day and no elevator or letting us know ahead of time the elevator was out

Was very pleased with this condo/VRBO! Very nice/clean place and great location! Loved having the beach right across the street and intercoastal behind us! Really nice area behind the building with tables and chairs, fishing docks, and pool area! We’re in the area a couple times a year and will definitely prioritize booking this unit again in the future! Thank you!

Started off good. No issues went to pool it was so nasty with all kinds of bugs in it and noway of removing them. The net was tore into many pieces. Onto condo there is notes all over the condo microwave broke with a note on it saying it’s loose but still works. Signs on closet doors saying to open slowly or they fall off and the bed sheets had huge stains on them. Nasty. Couch is run down and needs replaced. Will not stay there again.

Pros:The condo was as described. The communication with the owners were great ! Location is outstanding ! The grounds were very nice. Cons: Neither elevator worked. We knew the one elevator was damaged because of the hurricanes but the other elevator has been out for 2 years. The bed mattress is very hard,which is great if you like that. We prefer a softer bed. The furniture needs to be updated. It’s a small quaint place great for short stays.

Overall I was satisfied with unite .

It was agreat location.Loved the pool and patio on the bay.Condo was great except for the couch. It was very uncomfortable.Need a real coffe maker too. Otherwise it eas really nice.Would stay again.Thanks

We have enjoyed staying here for several years, the condo is clean and very well stocked with amazing views of the Gulf and Bay. The host is always helpful and considerate as well. We are looking forward to our visit again next year!

I went here in February after the hurricanes. I was surprised of how many restaurants and business were open. Condo was 2 blocks from Publix and Ocean. Don't need a car. Beautiful area. Back area has a nice warm pool and many private sitting areas. Easy to meet new friends here. Condo was cozy nice and clean. Had everything I needed. When I first got here the TV wasn't working and kitchen light was out. Notified Kevin and his mom Janet, came soon after and fixed everything. I loved the condo and would go back. Kevin and his mom are very nice people to work with. Thank you!

The property was as described. It was clean and tidy. There was useful information provided by the owners and lots of leaflets for businesses and activities in the area.

Loved our stay. Close to everything! One of the elevators didn’t work (we were on the 3rd floor) and the pool needed clean but we still had an excellent stay and will stay again. Very clean!

This was a great place to stay! Check in was easy, super close to the water, and they had plenty of extras for an amazing day at the beach. Highly recommend staying here!

We have stayed at the west wind before. Just not this room. We stayed in a unit on the 2nd floor. Comparing to our last stay. This unit was way out of date, clutter everywhere, ice maker dosnt work, smells like old retirement home, furniture looks like the way it smells, bed is very uncomfortable and out of date, squeaks when you move, fan squeaks all night, sticky notes through out the unit with reminders on them, sofa was just as uncomfortable as the bed, elevators do not work so you have to load everything up and down the steps, coincidently this elevator has not worked for 3 years. I’m not trying to be a negative Nancy on these issues. But with the amount of money you spend to stay. You would think the owners would listen to customers reviews and fix them. But by reading some of the reviews on issues I’ve already mentioned, they seem to brush them off and say the customer is being dramatic. We enjoyed our last stay here when we were in a different unit. But definitely not this time. I would not stay in this unit again. It needs a major overhaul. We spent most of our time on the beach and out and about. But when we are back in the room I want to be just as comfortable. In the owners book they state the ice maker dosnt work. So they acknowledge that there is an issue. But instead of fixing the issue. They rather give to a complementary bag of ice, which we did not have. So prepare to spend and average of $6-$8 a day just to have ice. Would not recommend.

Property could use some updating with some umbrellas at the pool. One of the elevators was out of service and made it difficult to bring the toys to the beach. The host replaced the frig which was nice because it has an ice maker. Definitely will come back again.

Wonderful property! Right on the bay with a nice pool and good beach access across the street! We will be back for sure!

We went away for a quick vacation, and this place was perfect! Clean, beautiful and perfect location. Close to everything, amazing view and patio. Highly recommend and great host! Very quick response time!
