This studio is a hidden gem from the city! A very unique place close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Only 6 blocks away from hip South Congress & even walking distance to the heart of downtown Austin.

Your private suite is an upstairs unit that faces Blunn Creek for a peaceful time when you want to get away from the hustle & bustle. It is across from Little Stacy Park with walking trails, tennis & basketball.

The 450 sq. ft. one room suite has a queen bed, a sofabed, work space, a fully renovated bathroom done in 2023 to spa quality, an area with a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker (no kitchen).

There are no shared spaces with other people beyond the outside common areas.
There is absolutely no smoking or vaping in your suite, balcony or condo stairwell. You may only smoke or vape outside the vicinity of the condo. If you do smoke, please be aware of there are a lot of trees, watch for fire hazards and do not litter. If there is an infraction on the smoking/vaping rules host may impose a $250 fine for deep cleaning.

Pool closes at 9pm.

    Just a perfectly put together place. The bathroom is one of the nicest I've ever seen, the complex is clean and quiet. I'm happy I chose this place.

    The location was perfect. Quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to South Congress. Great restaurants and music. The apartment was very clean with an awesome bathroom. Pool was a great treat after long walks.

    I appreciate a property manager/owner who makes the location worry-free. The property is clean, well maintained, and quiet with attention to detail. The stay at this location was one of the best parts of the weekend. Dakota was responsive to questions within minutes and a minor repair issue that was identified was addressed within the hour. I look forward to staying here again.
