Stayed Jul 13, 2024Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The shower was really nice! The bed was very soft which is mostly how we like it, but may be even too soft for us. The couch has a faint dog smell, so allergies might be an issue. Dishwasher broken. Very clean and organized. Tasteful decorations. The property owner was very kind and responsive.

Stayed Dec 23, 2022This was our second time at this condo. It is a small, comfortable, very clean place with all the necessities. Neighborhood is quiet and family-oriented. Right off Rt. 1 so easy to get wherever you need to go. Host is responsive and welcoming.

Stayed Oct 23, 2022This little condo is perfect for an individual or couple who are happy with a family-friendly location and a basic, comfortable and affordable place. Nice bathroom, small kitchen with all the necessary appliances. (No dishwasher.) Double bed in the bedroom, which was fine by us. Owner is very responsive. Nice grounds for walking your dog, and with a permit, parking was no problem.

Stayed Jul 30, 2022The condo is located close to route 1 through Alexandria, VA. It's close to shopping and restaurants. It served our purpose to be convenient to Northern Virginia, Maryland and DC. The shower was wonderful, the neighbors are friendly and quiet. I would suggest singles rent this condo. The bed is only a full sized bed and soft. Fine for one person, crowded for two.
