Gorgeous dark hardwood flooring runs throughout, with accents of comfort and luxury in the spacious living areas and bedrooms. Cook and enjoy a delicious meal in the beautiful kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances and cookware, seated around the kitchentable set for 6 or at the island with stool seating for 4.



After a long day of exploring the surrounding area, unwind in the living room with ample sofa seating options. A screened-in balcony with access from both the living room and master bedroom offers a space to enjoy morning coffee or quiet relaxation with tranquil views of the surrounding property. It will truly feel like your home away from home.



This home sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



- Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and shower/tub combo. A sliding glass door opens from the bedroom right onto the home’s screened-in balcony.

- Bedroom #2 has a king size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with single vanity and walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- This is a walk-in unit with no stairs.

- 2 parking spaces are provided, available on a first come first serve basis.

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees. 


- Washer and dryer in unit.

- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.(No gym or clubhouse access)

- Pools and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

This enviable location also puts you 15-20 minutes from Downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley. Between your planned excursions and the fun you just happen to find, there’s truly something for everyone to enjoy.



Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
