- The former Paradise Cove Luau property next to the Kai Lani community is currently undergoing redevelopment following its closure on December 31, 2025. Construction began on March 2, 2026, and is expected to continue for approximately 21 months. Work is scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. During this time, guests may occasionally experience construction-related noise, traffic, or light dust.

* Electricity cap: $500/month, excess billed to guest

    We loved our stay! Everything was clean and we loved all of the accommodations! Great for families especially with a little one because the lagoons are so close! Definitely will stay again!
