Our home includes services provided by mountain resort concierge. MRC serves as your local expert in setting up numerous hospitality amenities ranging from dinner reservations, luggage delivery, and transportation, to personal chefs, ski/bike equipment, and grocery delivery. Their goal is to create a first-class and stress-free vacation experience.



Our condo is a quick 4-minute drive to the Town of Vail & Vail Ski Resort! From concerts & gatherings to skiing/ snowboarding & mountain biking, there will always be something to do in Vail no matter the season!



Don’t feel like dealing with the hassle of parking The free Vail area shuttle is located only 400’ away at the Sandstone bus route stop. This will take you to dozens of local stores including groceries, boutique shopping, restaurants, bars, & more. The shuttle will also take you by several famous Vail landmarks & various activities, so be sure have your itinerary ready!



A quarter mile away from the condo is the North Trail Trailhead, for miles & miles of hiking & snowshoeing trails. With tremendous views of Vail & the surrounding peaks, get ready to take some outstanding photos during your journey.



PARKING: 1 parking space is available. You must use pass provided in the unit or you will be towed ($50 fine for lost passes). We are not responsible for parking violations. The unit is located in the second building to the left as you enter the parking lot.



Other Things to Note:

• *NO A/C - There is no air conditioning as the summer in the mountains is very temperate.*

• *MUST be comfortable with stairs - This unit is located on the 2nd floor and there is not an elevator onsite*

• Please read ALL House Rules thoroughly: No pets, no parties, and no smoking is allowed in the home. This is not a party spot! Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction. We appreciate your courtesy.

•There is not guest access to the mailbox at this unit. Please do not have packages or deliveries made if you will not be present to receive them. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or missing mail/packages.

•Please note we are not liable for left items. Returns incur a $50 fee plus shipping costs. Any items not claimed within 24 hours of checkout are donated or discarded.

• There is a $30 fee for early check-in. Availability of early check-in cannot be confirmed until after 10am on your arrival day.
