Trails End Slopeview Penthouse Condo is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that’s perfect for groups of up to six. In the living area, there’s inviting leather seating, a gas stove and a large Smart TV for all your streaming needs; it’s the perfect spot for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. Just off the living room is your own private patio to take in the expansive views and crisp mountain air. The full kitchen has all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed when you’re not exploring Breck’s exciting dining scene. There’s room for eight at the dining table and two at the counter.

You’ll also enjoy the shared access to the on-site complex hot tubs and sauna as well as seasonal access to the off-site Upper Village Pool and Hot Tubs with complimentary highspeed Wi-Fi throughout the home.     Highly recommend this condo. It was clean, neat and perfect location for our ski trip. Quick walk to town or the lift right behind the building. We will be staying here again next year. Thanks to Summit mountain rentals for the easy and smooth check in/out directions.

    Awesome location! Super convenient for the slopes, ski rentals, and walking to downtown. We loved the property. Easy to get on the slopes in the morning, and the balcony looks out at the mountain and slopes. Both bathrooms are downstairs and two of the bedrooms are upstairs which is a little inconvenient but no big deal.The only issue we had was with check-in. They absolutely would not give us any information until exactly 4 PM. Many people are traveling in from other places and flights get in early. We had to wait around until exactly four even though the property had probably been ready for hours. Summit rentals should be more accommodating than they were.

    This property is all about the location. The parking is very limited. The internet is slow and went out several times.

    Range over stove didn't work. No gas grill on the deck. I was told it needed to be removed due to HOA rules however other units had gas grills. (we had bought 400 worth of steaks and shrimp to grill before arriving so were very upset on that). The heat in the unit couldn't keep up and often times it was between 64-68 in the unit, which was quite cold after very cold temps during our stay. We just wanted to come back and cozy up but our group ended up needing multiple layers of clothes on, We had to use space heaters and keep resetting the fuse box. Waking up at 3am on your vacation to reset a fuse box in hopes heat will kick on is no fun. I communicated these issues with the office and they just kept telling us to reset fuse box and then dropped off more space heaters. We wanted to use the hot tub on site and it was locked. I asked how to get in and the property management instructed us to go across the street to another building. Walking across the street in flip-flops and a bathing suit was no fun either. I complained and the guy advised that I bundle up and he wished he could bring the hot tub to me. Later when I spotted people in our building hot tub, they didn't have an explanation. It's very clear that the staff (property managers) don't know/understand the unit well enough as different people gave different info. I expressed my frustration and was told a manager would call me back. No one ever did. at least I was reimbursed 50/night for lack of grill.

    Great location. Can’t get much closer to a lift and super close to town. Everything was as advertised. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
