Traditional-Style Adobe Casita - Walk to Dtwn

Such a gem to spend our stay in Santa Fe. Beautifully decorated, clean, & spacious residence. Parking was on site & all of Santa Fe’s best sights so close by. Loved our stay here!

The parking was a little hard to find.

Glad to stay here again!The property is across the street from the hilltop entrance to the park, which has a great view of the valley. In mid-September I had no problem with parking or noisy neighbors. Road connections to galleries, the plaza, and shopping, were easy. Having my car was a plus. Most electric scooters probably can't work up that hill.I used the well-equipped kitchen every morning.The mattress on the bed is better than mine at home.I'm 5'8 and had trouble using the raised sink in the bathroom without creating birdbath-like splashes on the counter, so a low stool could've helped me.One thing that management can't easily change: the bathroom floor is not level toward the central connecting hallway. No problem for me, but if you have trouble keeping your balance, prepare to use your hands with the walls and doorframes to feel confident.Again, I'll look for this place again. It worked very well for me.

The condo was very well appointed furnished and we had everything we could need. It was perfect for our stay in Santa Fe. Very comfortable bed and really appreciated the quality all cotton bedding. It was quiet, although as the unit is on the end by the street there was some vehicle noise of cars going in/out of Ft. Marcy park across the street or taking the 'back way' into downtown. The location is prime, very nice neighborhood that is walking distance to the Plaza, Ft. Marcy Park is across the street with beautiful views of the city & its sunsets.Communication with the host was great. We had a SNAFU checking in, which was 100% our error & Ted helped us get it sorted out quickly and easily. We also reported a repair concern during our stay; and that too, was addressed & taken care of immediately. My only complaint, when we decided to extend our stay in Santa Fe for a few more days, this unit was already booked so we had to relocate.

Property is an end unit across from Fort Marcy Park which was a pleasant surprise. You can view sunsets and the moon rising. You can walk to downtown but walking back up the hilly streets is a challenge. The space itself is fully stocked and decorated in an authentic style. King bed is luxurious and comfortable. Not one negative to say.

The unit is really great! Decorations were perfectly aligned to the locale. Bed was comfortable. We will come back here in a heartbeat! The location is awesome as we could drive to just about anywhere in downtown area within 5-10 minutes. We could even get to a casino inside 20 minutes. The only issue we had was that the internet is pretty slow and, in the evenings, slowed even more. We used the TV for Netflix and could watch, but often at night it would freeze up due to bandwidth issues. The TV does have Xfinity though, so we could use that. Ultimately, it was fine as we were on vacation and didn't need the internet, but if we had children, it could have been an issue.Take that as FYI only. The place is well worth the stay.

Well appointed 1 bedroom condo in Fort Marcy Park area. Encountered a minor hiccup upon check in that was quickly addressed by management. Overall good stay

Everything was comfortable and good qualityThe artistic flare of decor was in sync with surroundings of Santa Fe.The park next door was a nice place to walk over for sunset which I love to watchThere is busyness at the park each evening but it seemed to quiet down after darkI lived in Santa Fe 45 years ago and this casita helped me to feel home again.
