Sliding glass doors lead to the second-floor balcony, where you’ll find a lounge area with bay views, a barstool table, and additional seating for enjoying the fresh ocean air. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and an eat-in dining area for four, creating a welcoming space for home-cooked meals or takeout from nearby local restaurants. The sleeping accommodations include a primary suite on the ground floor with a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, providing privacy and convenience. Upstairs, the second bedroom also has a queen bed, flatscreen TV, and its own en-suite bathroom with a shower, while the third bedroom includes two twin beds and a TV. • Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.

• Parking: Tandem garage parking for two small cars. Large cars will not fit in the space.

• Please note that neighborhood noise may be present, as this property is located in a vibrant, popular area.

• Pets, smoking and events/parties are not permitted.

• Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax.

• Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras.

• As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
