DETAILS: Guests will feel spoiled by this fabulous location on the 3rd floor in the heart of Watercolor’s Town Center. Unit #305 is a renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom WaterColor condo that sleeps 6 and enjoys views of the Beach District, 30A, a sliver of the Gulf. The luxurious Beach Club, beach access, and restaurants are steps away.

This condo has sandy-feet-friendly wood floors and a cozy, family-friendly aesthetic. A bright and cheery kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything guests need to prepare a delicious meal or quick snack before heading out to the beach. Guests may opt to dine at an adjacent dining table that seats 6 or outside on a wonderful balcony overlooking Scenic 30A. A plush queen sleeper sofa and loveseat surround an armoire that conceals a 32†TV and offers a varied selection of books for rainy day reading. French doors flood the room with natural light and open to the furnished balcony, complete with a dining table and oversized armchair lounge chair. It’s the perfect spot to people-watch during the day or relax in the evening with a good meal and the sound of crashing waves in the distance. Opposite the kitchen and living area are 2 guest bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, a comfortable reading chair, smart TV with DVD, direct access to the balcony through French doors, a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a soaking tub with jets, and a custom-built closet.     We had a wonderful time here, it’s very clean, and perfect for the whole family. Right in the middle of a great area, with an easy walk to the pool and beach, even with really young kids. The balcony is perfect and we had every meal out there. We ordered takeout from the restaurant right below us once the kids were asleep, and it was a breeze. Highly recommend!

    The third floor apartment is in a great location, close to the Beach Club pools, wine bar and Scratch restaurant (with elevator). The large balcony has comfortable seating. The living/dining space is also large, as is the master bedroom and master bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The four included bikes were brand new and perfect for riding to Grayton Beach in less than 15 minutes. Seaside is only a 15 minute walk away. A few negatives were that the ice maker was broken and the air conditioner runs very loudly. Overall this is a comfortable apartment in a convenient location and we would stay here again.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had an issue with the toilet in the master bath (it was continuously running after flushing), and maintenance was there after a very short time of calling and reporting it. We also had an issue with the cable box in the master after a storm that came through, and they promptly came out to attempt to fix it and ended up having to go to the cable company to get a new box. They did this with extreme promptness as well. In most cases we wouldn't care about the tv; however with the storm that came through we couldn't even sit on the porch and enjoy the rain ... there was wind, hard rain and a tornado warning. So we wanted to see local radar on what was going on. Otherwise ... what a wonderful location and stay. We had a lovely time.

    Liked the space and the layout. All on 1 floor was nice. Liked the master bath and the shower was very nice. Master bed was comfy. Loved having a fan in the bedroom. Outdoor space was nice with comfy chairs.

    We loved the location. It was a block or so from the pool with shops all around. Very easy to navigate. Check in process was simple. The app is very easy to use. We are planning on staying here again.
