Tower 2, 6th Floor 2 Bdr/2Bath, Beautiful Condo with Awesome Views!!

We had such a great experience for our first time at Panama City Beach! The condo was beautiful, spacious, clean, beachfront, perfect for our family of 7. The balcony was the nicest I’ve ever had with access from the living room area and both bedrooms. Perfect location, close proximity to many things and having Walmart across the road was a plus! Of course the beach was beautiful, easy access and an added plus having the 2 beach chairs/umbrella included in the stay. Pools were very nice. Kim’s condo is definitely 5 stars and we will be staying there again in the future. Efficient, quick response to emails/communication. Thank you for making our trip very memorable!

The condo was exactly as it was listed. I loved the view from the balcony, the balcony furniture was comfy, the master bath with the two shower heads hit the spot. All of the beds in the unit were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. The only things I would recommend is updating the bedroom tv's to smart tv's and lowering the metal plate heading in/out to the patio from the living room. If you don't play attention you may trip and fall. Oh, we did change out two tile pieces in each of the bathrooms because they had water damage. Great stay I would stay again!

We have 4 children and then my husband and I. We come to PCB a few times a year and this was our second trip for the year. I didn’t even hesitate to reserve the same VRBO! It’s paradise, and everything is PERFECT! Property owners are wonderful! Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay! We will not be staying anywhere else but here, it’s HOME! ❤️

Our 1st stay for the year in PCB & so thankful we booked this VRBO! It doesn’t get any better than this. Very clean and neat, & gorgeous! You have the beach on one side, and if you need to run to Walmart for anything-it’s right behind you! Property owners are absolutely wonderful! We will be staying here every time we return to PCB!

The well-decorated condo with new leather furniture, a big dining table, beautiful wall hangings, and an incredible view made our visit restful and comfortable. Our family enjoyed spending time because of the nice furniture on the balcony. We cooked several meals in the condo and found all the necessary pots, pans, and utensils. Kim's Condos were highly professional at all steps, from the reservation to the messages before our arrival, and we even received a call the afternoon we were arriving. They wanted us to be aware of an issue that occurred during the previous guest's stay regarding the dryer, and the next day a new set (both washer and dryer) was delivered. I would definitely stay in this condo again and use Kim's Condos for future stays in this area.

The condo was very clean! Location wonderful! Walmart just across the street. Very roomy. Very clean and up to date! Beds were very comfortable! Plenty of room for everyone to sit on the balcony. We had a wonderful time!! We will stay again!!

We arrived and found the place had not been adequately cleaned. The balcony was disgusting! An ash tray was left full of cigarettes (gross), the furniture was dirty, and the floors filthy. There weren't any towels left for us to shoeer with and noted that a ceiling tile in one of the bathrooms was caving in. We notified the property management company which came out to address the towels and the ceiling tile as there was a leak somewhere, but we were most disheartened to hear that it was the property owners who had left it so dirty. The kitchen was also lacking in not having enough sized of pots and pans and other things have seen their day (need replacing) as we like to cook dinner at nights to be able to stay in the beach longer. We love long beach and will return, we just will not return to this particular unit.

The four of us had a great time at the condo and on the beach. The condo was spacious and allowed for both gathering and privacy. Grocery stores and a few restaurants were nearby. Other restaurants and amusements were found all along Front Beach Road and were easy to get to. Extremely quiet during the week that we visited (Late April). An especially nice perk was the two chairs and umbrella that were included in the rental and reserved for us each day at the beach. There were a few minor maintenance issues that we informed Kim's Condos about needing to be addressed after we left, and they were responsive and promised to look into them after our visit. Nothing that really impacted our overall stay, and we would not hesitate to return in the future.

It was hassle free

Our stay started off with a late check in due to the cleaning service not done . Then after we got in we realized we had no towels . I contacted Kim’s condos and we got some about 5 hrs later . I think the condo could really use a good cleaning . But over all it did the purpose of a weeks stay .
