We highly suggest that all clients look into a 3rd party travel insurance policy that covers your flight(s) and the property rental costs in case of any unforeseen emergencies...We want all parties to be protected and although our side has been VERY fair in the past & present with clientele, we also feel this is a responsibility of the end user as when we travel we protect our vacation and expenses through these means so it's duly justified. There's many options available and most our at a minimal expense.

In addition, our holiday policy is as follows, Christmas and New Years Eve can not be booked together without booking a minimum of 14 nights and/or we will not allow less than 7 nights for either taking Christmas and/or New Years Eve and we require a departure for a Christmas booking not past the 29th unless New Years Eve is already booked. Furthermore for a New Years Eve booking, we do not allow an arrival before the 27th unless Christmas Day is already booked. For clarification please ask before performing an instant booking or you may be required to cancel.
