Our apartment was fully renovated in 2017 – i.e. you will find an apartment with completely new bathrooms and kitchen, with new windows and doors, new AC etc. All furniture was bought new.

This is a great place for both families and golfers. Our patio is facing south, giving it great sun during the day, but with the possibility to get shade under our sun roof. If you travel with kids, you can sit at the terrace and keep an eye on them when they are playing in the pool. However, the pool is not so close as to be a disturbance – you will find our patio to be quiet and relaxing.

You have a private covered parking space and then you enter the property through the secure gate. A private patio welcomes you leading to the entry door.
You enter the house from the hallway leading to a bright, modern, and large living area with high ceilings and a fireplace. The living room opens to a very nice terrace leading to the gardens, with sun loungers and outside dining area. The modern and bright kitchen is integrated with the living room and is fully equipped.
The master bedroom has a private full bathroom and opens to the terrace and gardens. The second and third bedroom share a full bathroom.

We have spent our holidays in this area for over 30 years. We love it here and know that this is the best place to be if you want to go to the Costa del Sol. We don’t live here but have a very close friend that will be here to welcome you upon arrival.
