Can’t beat the location. Tons of great places to go eat (Rosemarie’s next door has amazing sandwiches) Great night life by the pier @ only a 15 minute walk from the house! Highly recommend staying here for a getaway with friends and loved ones.

It was the perfect location for our anniversary trip.

We have stayed in a number of rentals on the beach and this was definitely a top favorite! It was spacious, great location, clean and comfortable. Looking forward to renting again!

Great spot ideal for beach.

Pros: It is steps away from the ocean or Mission Bay. There are so many restaurants and shops on Mission Boulevard. A grocery store is a 15-minute walk away. Better Buzz offers good coffee (5 minutes away). It is 15 to 20 minutes by car to many attractions (Sea World, downtown, Zoo, Balboa Park, etc.). It's a cozy little apartment. The deco is even better in person. Everything you need to cook for four adults and kids dishes are available.Cons: It's a business, and they seem busy. We had only two dishcloths for a whole week. We asked for more, and they responded that they provide two onsite. We washed them ourselves while doing laundry (a laundromat is available across the street). We ran out of toilet paper and paper towels. We didn't bother to contact them since every time we did, we felt annoying to them.

Great location! Could have used a few kitchen items. We purchased a strainer, and forks, as there were only four. Beds were all very comfortable, and had nice bedding. Could have been a bit cleaner. The floors left our feet black. We had to purchase a mop head and sweep and mop the floors. Had to wait an hour after check inutile to enter the unit. The good far out weighed the bad and we would stay at this rental again.

The location was literally steps from both the beach and the bay. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was well-stocked. Easy walking distance to grocery stores, drug stores, etc.The rental team was great when we needed new towels due to our family getting the Norovirus while there. We did have to purchase our own toilet paper as the rental comes with a finite amount (definitely adequate if a family wasn't sick). We saw our neighbor only once and never heard him. We would have liked the added security of a deadbolt on the door to our place as it only locked with a code. The code was the same as the gate, so we were concerned that the neighbor may be able to access our apartment as well (never confirmed with the company, so this may have been a needless worry). Overall, it made an excellent home base for our trip to San Diego.

So close to everything. Very clean. Bunk beads were great for our family. Kitchen had all we needed. Nice patio but you would share with a neighbor if both units are booked.

It was the perfect location for our girls trip. It was easy to walk to a large number of restaurants, activities, and the beach is right there. The rooms were clean and modern, and check out didn't require any additional cleaning on our part, which we greatly appreciated. The only downside to our whole fabulous stay was there were no washer or dryer. Not a huge deal for a weekend stay, but if we were there longer it would have been nice to be able to wash a few things.

Desperately needs Air Conditioning for the price it requests. Miserable hot in the apartment.

This location is top notch, so close to the beach that has all the things you would need for a beach vacation. Stores, restaurants, and ice cream all within walking distance. There's a laundromat across the street if you need and the property had a lot of awesome beach amenities like chairs and boogie boards that our kids loved playing with. The sunset walks are awesome with the boardwalk! Overall a great locations! The property was exactly as listed, the only things to consider is parking and temperatures. It was a little humid and summer temps when we were there and outside there was a great breeze, but inside the breeze just seemed to die. We kept all windows open and all fans running the entire time but it was still pretty warm in the house. On top of that the loud street noise on the side next to the bedrooms had us using our headphones at night to drown it out in order to sleep and still keep the windows open for air. Still no regrets staying there, but just something to consider if you are warm blooded. As for parking, it was a real challenge to find street parking, highly recommend you do not bring a car!

This is the 3rd time we have rented this property, first time with this management company. Customer service was not horrible by any means but could use improvement. We like the location, love the unit and the fact that it's upstairs, and that is why we give it a 5 star, however this time the business below made it obvious they do not like renters and was outright rude. That was disappointing. This unit could use a new coffee maker & a full length mirror.
