Top Floor Timbers Condo in Mt. Crested Butte

Nice and clean condo. It was August and the unit didn’t have AC. So, due to the unit situated above a parking lot, there was noise, including a fight one night, so we did not have the windows open. Also, lots of doors slamming at 6am, noticed via the bedroom situated next to the communal hallway. The towels smelled like they had sat in a washing machine too long, fortunately there were clean towels under the sink. And, of course, we did launder the towels and run the dishwasher as the owner requested. Convenient location if you were skiing, a condo better suited to a winter visit.

Loved it! Perfect for a couple summer nights in CB. Super short walk to resort area shops and dining and an easy shuttle right outside to go downtown. Plenty of space for 4 adults. (2 Couples). Shared hot tub was a great bonus.

Both bedrooms were nice and the kitchen was well apportioned.

This was a comfortable condo conveniently located to the mountain. A few extra instructions on where to pick up the shuttle and a map of the property to find hot tub location would have been helpful, but we figured things out as we went.

Nicely appointed, missing nothing. Very comfortable from the moment we arrived. Pet friendly was a bonus.

Had a wonderful vacation, this property was very easy to get to and from the base area!! Lovely home & the owners were amazing with communication!! Perfect trip with my boys, can’t wait to visit again!!!

The unit was in a great location, close to the ski resort. We enjoyed the layout, coffee maker, comfortable beds, and more! The hot tub was a great feature after a long day of skiing.

Overall very nice and convenient access to Crested Butte and the area. Easy walk to the local shuttle to go to town, and quiet neighbors. Good communication with hosts and no issues while we were there. One of the better locations we've stated in CB. Thanks again!

Really great location next to hikes and an accessible bus stop to take you downtown. The place was really great but the second bedroom has a very small bed, hard to fit anyone over 5’9. The parking situation was a little confusing as the parking lot lines had faded but it all worked out. Great spot overall!

A nice little well-kept condo across from the Grand Lodge and bus station. I think it is well priced for what you get, no frills, but all we needed was a clean place and good location. Accessible enough to get to the mountain, but be prepared to climb some stairs.

We enjoyed our stay. Great easy communication with the condo owner. Bus is close and comes every 15 minutes.

Excellent location just a short walk to the lifts. Nice, modern apartment that is one of the nicest I have seen in Crested Butte - Timbers is a great building. 10/10 cleanliness and well stocked kitchen and linens. Everything you need in a ski apartment but a cut above in every way. Great value relative to Summit and Eagle County options. Would absolutely visit again!

This little condo had everything we needed for a quick family getaway this fall. We wish the balcony was overlooking the mountains, but other than that it was great.

Two friends stayed there for a hiking trip - the second full bed was too short for her ands he was 5'9 but the place was very clean, renovated and had all you would need!

When we first arrived and stepped into the hallway, we thought we may be underwhelmed by the condo itself. However, the moment we stepped inside, we were so very pleased. Modern, very clean, quiet, with every amenity we needed (well-stocked kitchen, fans, balcony and furniture, washer and dryer, and more)! This will be our first choice when returning to Crested Butte!
