Did you ever want to live among the trees This newly renovated 2 bed/ 3 bath unit features a wall of windows which looks out upon the forest from the top floor. This spacious condo features 3 large flat screen TV's and a stunning stone gas fireplace – just a few of the amenities you will enjoy while staying nestled in the pines. This condo is located on the top floor which allows for expanded windows,cathedral ceilings, sky lights, and a truly private end unit make this condo a great place to relax after a day in the mountains! The living room and balcony have very serene views of the surrounding forest.

Enjoy a large primary bedroom with king bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers two twin beds with attached full bath. There is a Murphy bed and sofa sleeper in the living room and full hall bath. This is a top floor unit with no elevator access.

For Winter reservations:
Iron Horse is located on the corridor run that connects the base of Mary Jane to the base of Winter Park.
This corridor run (marked as a green run on the trail map) is about 1 mile long. Base of Mary Jane sits higher (elevation wise) than base of Winter Park.
From Iron Horse you ski down 1/4 mile to base of Winter Park, and to ski home you must go over the Mary Jane saide to catch the corridor run. Iron Horse is located 3/4 mile down the corridor run from Mary Jane.
To get to the base of Mary Jane, you will have to be able to manage a blue trail. (just fyi)
You do also have the option to use the free shuttle offered by Town of Winter Park. Iron Horse Resort is on the “green line.

For added convenience a full-service ski shop with rental options is located on the property. Washers and dryers are available on the second floor of the D building. Level 5 in the D building provides a room for ski storage and ski-in/ski-out access (green corridor). Locks for ski racks can be purchased at front desk for $35. The free Lift bus also picks up frequently at the main entrance for easy shuttle service to the Village.

With this rental you have access to 1-car private garage (just steps away from the condo) with keyless access, plus 1 additional outdoor permitted parking space to accommodate guests with two vehicles. Outdoor parking is on a first come first serve basis. Additional vehicles are not permitted. There is a fee for lost or missing parking pass

For our fellow mountain bike lovers: we are very sorry, but management does not allow bicycles stored inside condos or on balconies. To prevent mud and chain oil damage to our carpets, as well as handle bar scratches on the walls; we must kindly ask you to not store bikes inside the condo. We are working with the HOA of all our properties to figure out bike storage in the long term as our mountain sports grow in popularity. Thank you for your understanding.

Winter Park Resort is only w miles away and the FREE resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are 4.7 miles at Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store at Fraser is just 6.1 miles away.

Please note if you are arriving by train, there is no facility on-site for luggage storage.

    The condo is perfect for a family ski trip. It’s clean and spacious with easy access to the slopes. Kitchen is well stocked and multiple humidifiers are provided to deal with the extremely dry winter air. Charlotte has been extremely accommodating and helpful. We had to move our date once and asked for early check-in, she accommodated us quickly on both. One piece of advise for future renter is that since the unit is on third floor without elevator, you should bring your ski gear directly to the ski lockers on 5th floor in building D, where the direct access to the ski trail is. Overall we had a perfect week skiing in WP

    This condo is deceiving from the photos-it’s much roomier in person. It’s top floor but only 2 flights of stairs. Very short walk and up an elevator to get to the connector run. My only critique I guess would be it’s not updated but who goes to a ski condo and looks at the decor? We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

    Overall, this is a great space for family! It’s spacious and conveniently located close to the ski hill so you can come back for lunch & a nap to break up the day. The management company was quick to respond to requests, excellent! This is the third time we have rented a unit of this style. The comforters were stained at the top edge where a person would lay (there was a white sheet on top and underneath) but the middle comforter was kind of yucky for both the Murphy bed and king bed. Otherwise the unit was clean. Nice that they supplied humidifiers for the dry air. Gas fireplace was nice for ambience. A few games were provided as well. The carpets were getting old & buckled but overall a very comfortable location.

    Property was accurately described and very roomy. The property is outdated but we knew that going in. It’s a great location and super convenient. Only negative was the constant hot tub maintenance going on during our stay which was a bummer.

    We’ve stayed at the Iron Horse before and always love the amenities like the hot tubs and pool. But this condo was great for our family of 5. Everyone had space and living area and kitchen are great sized.
