Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Westwind checks all the boxes. It has everything you could want in a location that can't be beat. The staff is attentive, friendly and very accommodating. Our family has stayed here numerous times in various units and every stay has been wonderful. This is our first choice for accommodations every time we come to Vail. It's great for families or a romantic couple retreat. We can't wait to come back next year.

Sally at the front desk was so helpful and communicative. When I missed her message she went out of her way to leave me a note on the door. The apartment fit the 6 of us really well. We had 3 adults and 3 children. While the kitchen was a little small it had everything we needed to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner each night. Proximity to the gondola is very close. You walk down two sets of stairs and you are there. maybe 3 to 5 mins depending on how fast you walk with your gear.We would definitely stay here again.

Condo in an excellent location, but aging amenities. Wi-Fi was broken the first day, and the second day they gave us a different Wi-Fi to connect to. Sink in the master bathroom was broken the first day, this was fixed the next day, but we were told to be very careful with it. Hot tub was broken on the second day. We did get a small discount for the final problem.

Great location, very nice place to stay. The staff is super helpful even after hours.

The unit is clean and updated and there are games, puzzles and books available. Great for families. The front desk is extremely helpful and quick to respond to requests. There is no washer or dryer in the unit but there is a laundry facility in the building.

This was our 29th year to visit Vail during Labor Day and have stayed at several locations and for the price and amenities this was the best location. See y’all next year!
