Stayed Sep 8, 2025The condo was perfect for a relaxing visit, quiet, comfortable and close to everything. We rode bikes, walked to downtown, kayaked steps from the condo. Waking up to the geese flying over each morning was spectacular! Only thing we would do different is plan to stay longer.

Stayed Sep 25, 2022This was our second stay in the property and it was just as wonderful as before. The condo was meticulously clean, quiet and secure with a beautiful view of the river from our top floor balcony. This now has become our NUMBER 1 place to stay in Coeur d'Alene.

Stayed Sep 15, 2022This property has an unbeatable location with a balcony and main bedroom both overlooking the Spokane river. Several coffee shops and a variety of restaurants all within walking distance. You may not want to leave.

Stayed Sep 9, 2022This home is located in a great area with awesome views of the Spokane River and Mountains. We chose this home for the balcony and it did not disappoint. We enjoyed watching the ever changing view watercraft and waterfowl. Proximity to the Centennial Trail was great and we walked to Downtown Coeur D’Alene one day . We also enjoyed being able to walk to neighborhood restaurants. Only negative is the tight parking spot in the garage, but we were able to park a Toyota Highlander in the spot.
