Wonderful, comfortable, super clean, well stocked villa! Great views from the patio. The resort staff are extremely attentive and friendly. Check in was efficient. Owner provided us with a great contact for transportation to and from the airport. Location is great and convenient to the marina and downtown. Walking would be doable, but an Uber is much more comfortable in the hot, humid weather. We ate dinners off the resort and used grocery delivery the day we arrived for all of our breakfast, lunch and snack supplies. The swim up bar has great drinks (expensive). We will be back!

This place is better than the pictures really clean and pretty new. Kitchen was well stocked and groceries were delivered ahead of time. The only issue was the concierge she kept screwing up our reservations for the tennis court this happened 3 times.

What an amazing spring break getaway. The villa was perfectly suited for our family of 5. So spacious and felt very luxurious. Oscar was a great property manager and we especially enjoyed the welcome guacamole, pico, and fresh margaritas! A great touch and especially appreciated after a long day of traveling.We loved the ease of having the full kitchen to have quick breakfasts to get down to the beach or pool and to come back for a lunch to give ourselves a break from the sun!The property was very clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and hospitable. The pool chairs filled up quick but we preferred to start our day on the beach and those were more available.Loved the balcony and the loungers to sit in and enjoy the beautiful view. Even if the cruise ships were there, the view was still amazing.We did not do the all inclusive option offered by the property (I don’t even know if that was an option for us since we booked through Vrbo) but so glad we didn’t. So many awesome restaurants to try around Cabo!Highly recommend Metate, Edith’s, and Jazz on the Rocks. Neptune (next door at Villa Del Arco) was also delicious. La Casona at Villa La Estancia was delicious but very expensive.Had a great time diving with Manta Scuba and taking a snorkeling/sight seeing/whale watching sail with Lands End Luxury Sail & Snorkeling. Even though it was the end of the whale watching season, we were lucky enough to find 2 females and a calf! We will be back!

Our stay here was fantastic! The villa was just as shown in the photos, offering plenty of space for the four of us. The view from the spacious balcony was wonderful, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Johana gave us a warm welcome by greeting us with delicious margaritas, guacamole, and Pico de Gallo! She went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay! The resort itself was beautiful, with a welcoming and friendly staff that made our experience even better.

Outstanding service and great food.

We came for a girls birthday get together and had an absolute wonderful time. The place was perfect for us. Only had minor detail issues but nothing to ruin our trip. We would highly recommend this place.

The property, room, and service was awesome! Isabella was so nice and generous, her guac, pico and margaritas were amazing and such a welcome intro! Recommend this all very highly! Great location and incredible trip.

Property and rental is extremely clean with pickle ball courts available. Pool is excellent and we have nothing bad to say about the one week we spent there. Ubers to downtown area 5.50 USA dollars so no need for a car. Beach walking fantastic.

Just got back from a great stay at Villa la Estancia. The owner was extremely responsive, and the staff was out of this world with their professionalism. The property was immaculate. You will constantly see people cleaning, pruning, etc. Each and every one of them will stop and say hola to you when you walk by. The unit itself had everything that we needed. I found Estancia to be much more our speed as a family than Arco and Palmar. Both of those places gave off more of a party vibe, while Estancia was much more tranquil. There is a convenience store on property, but it is fairly expensive. You'd be much better off getting groceries at Walmart a couple miles away if you don't want to spend cash eating out for every meal. My kids absolutely loved this trip, and I got a lot of kudos from my wife for picking this unit. You can't go wrong booking with Joe.
