Top Floor Penthouse Condo on the Beach with Awesome Ocean View

We enjoyed our stay very much! It was a wonderful place with heated pool and hot tub. The codo was very clean, the ac worked great and the view was spectacular! We could rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach, and it was very convenient to all the wonderful restaurants and shops nearby. We left behind something very important and the host Terry was kind enough to mail it back to us right away. We highly recommend the Suntide II penthouse condo on the beach!

The view from the balcony was second to none and also provided a great deal of privacy.

Cute and clean stay! Beach view was great and a short walk away. There was a rinse station when leaving the beach to clean off which was so handy.

This condo was absolutely beautiful! Located on the fifth floor, it offered stunning ocean views right from inside the unit. Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The condo truly felt like a home away from home, and it was a pleasure to spend our vacation there. The host was very communicative, responsive, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free from start to finish.We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return. Highly recommend this beautiful condo to anyone visiting South Padre Island!

We stayed here for 2 weeks. The Vrbo description of the condo and area is very accurate and we found the location excellent. The grounds surrounding the condo are well cared for and local management staff is friendly and helpful. We walked on the beach to the Palm Cafe for breakfast and then walked on the beach to Wanna Wanna later in the day for happy hour. The host provided great communication skills. When we visit the island again we want to stay here again.

There were a few items that may need to be worked on, almost cut myself on the back door handle because of the rust, but other than that it was a good property for the price and the view was amazing.

Overall really enjoyed the property, especially the balcony. Had everything that we needed.

The condo was nice, we loved the beach view. Check in and out and communication with the owner was easy and responses were quick.

It's in a great location where we felt comfortable and safe. We spent hours on the balcony enjoying the cool wind while watching the sunrises and sunsets. Its a great condo that was clean, comfortable and well-stocked with all the amenities needed.The condo was perfect for 2 adult couples. The furnishings were comfortable and the view if the beach was soothing and inviting. The beach itself was very clean, and only a 2-minute walk away. The balcony chairs were comfortable and we looked forward to enjoying both the sunrise and sunset everyday. The view and the sound of the waves were calming and relaxing. Being on the 5th floor enabled us to experience a constant sea breeze, that made sitting on the porch rejuvenating. After a day in the sun, it was great to come back to an air conditioned place tWhere a good hot shower was waiting for us. There's a very nice pool and jacuzzi should you want to use it. Blackbeard's Restaurant, a popular and very good seafood restaurant, was only a 5-minute walk away, along with many other restaurants and shops. Communication with owners was breeze.If you're looking for a hassle-free, clean, comfortable place to rejuvenate, do not hesitate to choose this one. It was a great value for the great time we had. WE WILL BE BACK!!!

Beautiful property. We enjoyed the views and sitting out on the balcony watching the sun come up. The pool and hot tub were nicely heated and never very busy. The condo has everything you need and the owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

The view of the ocean was exactly what we were looking for. The condo was very clean, the kitchen had all the cookware needed for a home meal, the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels and pillows. The check in process was seamless and communication with the host could not have been better. This is definitely a place I would take my family back to!!

We made this booking almost a year in advance after visiting SPI for a work trip. Terry was very accommodating when I had to change our trip duration due to my work schedule. Further, he responded quick to my texts during our stay and we were left not wanting for anything. This property is in an amazing location right on the beach, and is within walking distance of several places to eat, drink, and shop. t was nice to sit on the porch and watch the kids play on the beach. We will be booking this exact location again in the future for our family of two adults and three teenagers.

the condo is exactly as advertised. Beachfront, top floor, great location. Plenty of space even on a crowded Saturday. Long walks in both directions with a sea breeze to cool things down.

The property was very clean with nice additions. Listening to the waves roll in made our stay so relaxing. Terry was very accommodating and had helpful suggestions with places to eat.

The location was great for what we were wanting to do. The balcony had a great view of the beach. The property manager was super nice and responsive. The pool and hot tub were a plus.

We so enjoyed the fifth floor deck... just watching the waves and the beach activity. Nice comfortable condo. Had all the essentials. The pool and hot tub area was nice also. Unit was very convenient for everything on the island.

Very enjoyable and pleasant stay. Close to so much activity for children and adults! Our phoned in question to the owner were answered quickly. The owner assisted us with health needs coming by UPS to keep them safe. We would come again. Diane

This was a perfect place to enjoy S. Padre! Floor plan was excellent. Nice decor. Great balcony with awesome ocean view. Gorgeous sunrises. Suntide II isnt a huge condo complex, so you didn't have to wait long for elevator and there weren't lots of people on beach or in pool
