We loved it here and definitely will be back. The apartment was exactly as pictured and described. Immaculately clean. Quiet and a very comfortable balcony with stunning views and sounds of the ocean. Management was quickly responsive to any questions. The beach is beautiful, although definitely not a swimming beach with the rocks at the tide line, but the seaside pool is just a half block away and it is lovely.

This place was absolutely beautiful. The views are amazing and the pool area was very nice with an excellent grille/bar poolside restaurant. Well-equipped, nice balcony, great response from owner and property staff. We loved it!

Super clean, well appointed, just like photos. Top floor view is fantastic, and sitting outside in the morning for coffee over looking the ocean was nothing short of perfect. Plenty of food places on palm coast parkway, and the area is one of my family’s favorite beach getaways.

This was our first stay at 664 and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Our son came to visit and he really appreciated the desk, since he had to work during his stay. Only drawback was the uncomfortable sofa. Minor, but needed to mention. See y'all next May.

Love the community and everything it has offer! Had some small gaps in communication and cleanliness issues (generally the risk when a property manager is involved), but overall a great stay.

The one strange thing was the counter stools . The counter was bar height but the stools were counter height so they were of no use . The beds were very comfortable. The master bathroom was large with a great shower and soaking tub. We were very close to Publix and several restaurants. Our favorite restaurants were Nextdoor in Flagler Beach and the Atlantic Grill a short drive away. Also great pizza at Bronx Pizza on 1A .

Cinnamon beach is beautiful. Condo was good. Several things needed to be addressed but for most part was taken care of once management was notified. Couch needs updating, small things like missing batteries for TV and no instructions how to get live TV working. Location and condo in perfect place. Will definitely want to return.

You don't even have to crack the sliding door open to hear the sound of the waves. Excellent. Will book again when we are in Palm Coast.
