    The property is so close to Flager Ave, making it a great spot to stay in NSB. The overall property is a little older, and you can tell. I love utilizing the balcony, and I wish the furniture was a little more updated (there was rust all over the tables). I stayed by myself, so I only used the master bedroom; however, the front bedroom with the twin beds had a slight odor. The property management team was phenomenal, and the process of booking the condo was 5/5 stars.

    The check in process was clumsy I had trouble from the start with booking it online arrived and lady at front desk tried to repeat process I had tried already to get ID. It failed for her also as if she didnt believe me saying it failed. Then i got many texts asking if everything was okay How my 1st night was, When the ofice was closing and I asked a question and got replied from the desk. my Mom came to stay 1 day and parked and went by front desk to see if we could aquire a parking pass no one was there at the desk. So i sent a text asking about that request. We went up to the room set her stuff in and walked to the porch/balcony. Awaiting a reply from front desk 45 minutes went by and we went to the desk again. Lady was on the phone and my Mom walked out to see her car towed away. First of all no where in the booking does it state a strict 1 car limit as it does when you arrive at the property. This is disclosed in the rental agreement but you dont get that info till after booking. So how would you rent a room and with multiple bedroom and just be able to park 1 car on site. The condo itself has a tile floor lips going into the master bedroom and master bath that is very awkward as I tripped a few times on this. So for sure not a good thing for any older persons not nimble on there fee I ended up leaving the property 1 night early for 1 to go get my moms car from the tow company Then just went to her house to spend the day with her as we were planning that but at the beach

    We had a girls weekend and our stay was great! It was a great condo and so close to everything. You could walk to the restaurants and shops so easily. The only thing I would say is that the kitchen isn't really stocked as well as I would have thought, ex. no measuring cups, but we are out mostly so it was fine for us. We had such a great time and would definitely stay here again!

    The condo unit was fine, the location was excellent, the beachfront balcony was wonderful, most everything was great except that the kitchen was very poorly equipped. Luckily we were only a couple, but if we had been visiting with children or other friends (a very real possibility since the condo has two bedrooms), preparing even the simplest of meals would have been a problem. There were only two coffee cups, there was no cutting board, not even a spatula for cooking eggs in the morning. There was no blender, which may not seem like a big deal, but every condo I have ever visited on the coast included a blender in the kitchen for preparing cocktails. The refrigerator was small, which was not a problem, but there was not an icemaker, which seems a little odd these days. Also no washer / dryer in unit, pay laundromat in lobby, so just be aware of that. Otherwise everything was fine.

    The unit had recently had a remodel on kitchen, dining room and bathrooms. Very nice. Bedrooms need the same remodel. Carpets were terrible. Stains and worn out. Bedroom furniture dated. Beds we're terrible, worn out. The owners need to throw out all of the kitchen equipment and start over. Only two coffee mugs. A mish mash of glass wear and plates. Luckily we were dining out every night so we didn't do any cooking. The cook wear was old and cheap. Normally I wouldn't say anything. But our overall cost per night was over $600 per night. Spend a little more on the unit and make it worth your rental rate.
