Top-floor, oceanfront condo with stunning balcony views, pool, deck, central AC

Except for the storm it was great. We couldn't leave the island.

Beach view was nice , but this building sure could use a uplift and a elevator. We won't be back.

Great stay

I would never ever have paid this much money to stay here. We have been coming down to this area for 8 years and this was the worst unit ever.Very over priced; extremely dirty, filthy kitchen and bathrooms with heavy carpet that smelled like wet dog and probably laden with bed bugs ( confirmation seen on mattress)I reached out several times to Vacasa with no response until 4 days into our stay. Luckily I come prepared with my own cleaning supplies b/c Vacasa is always under paying for cleaning. However I threw away most of suitcases and washed everything in sanitizer cycles prior to loading back into car. ( laundry 3 floors below unit)This is technically an ocean front unit but windows were so dirty you can't see out them.Every drawer in kitchen had left over food caked into it and utensils and all pits required deep cleaning which I also didVery disappointed

We had an absolutely wonderful time! It is quite a few steps up to your little piece of paradise but its totally worth it. The condo was perfect and quite spacious, the view was spectacular. Waking up to see that water everyday was our little piece of heaven for sure. We even seen dolphins playing one day. The weather was great, thr beach and pool were both very clean and it was so nice to also have a laundry room available, so I didn't have to do any when I got home. On our final night we had an awesome electrifying light show from a storm that rolled through on our final night which was the perfect end to our vacation. We highly recommend anyone to enjoy their next vacation here!!!

Beautiful large condo. Great ocean view. Just steps from the ocean.

Location was great

Price and oceanfront is what got me to book. Would not stay here again due to all the stairs and no elevator. The only way to get your luggage to your room is to carry it 7 flights of stairs or use the pully system they have. If you use the pully you have to lift your heavy items over the railing. It is a pure pain. The pool was clean. We did find one cockroach in our room. Kitchen utensils and cookwear is cheap. The tolietries was very nice to have. Beds were terrible as well as the pillows. But for the price it was okay. Walls are paper thin and the walk to the beach is okay. The walk back you have to walk up a sand dune. Waves were very roigh as well. Should have spent more money on another place. Also everything close closes at 8 pm. Worth it to drive the 30 min to Nags Head for better food. But we did like the beach was not crowded

The view was amazing. It is on the third floor, but condo is on stilts, so it’s more like four floors. Very quiet and parking was a breeze.

The price was right. It's 7 flights of stairs to get to the room. The luggage carrier is not for the weak. I was not aware you had to lift all your luggage over the balcony railing. Don't pack heavy items. The luggage lift is extremely slow. The room was nice but the beds are terrible along with the pillows. We did find a Cockroach on the counter. It was 2 inches long. GROSS!! The couches are okay but the pillows looked dirty. The curtain in the shower was all discolored at the bottom and it looked like mold. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap were all very nice things to have on hand. Trash was under the 2nd bed so that tells me they do not clean under things. The walk to the beach is rough. You have to go up a dune in order to get back to the condo. Waves were pretty rough and not enjoyable. I will never be back. But as far as the room goes it provided a place to sleep and wake up. The view from the balcony was beautiful

This was a nice place to stay. It’s located in a less populated area which is nice if you’re not into the busier areas up north.

This place was perfect. Would recommend to everyone. There is a lift for luggage so you don’t have to carry everything up 3 flights of stairs. The only questionable comment I have is this. Why am I required to sweep and mop and vacuum before leaving?

It was a great home base.

This is the 2nd year I've booked this property for this week. Perfect location for this time of year for my intentions! Early sunrise walks, photo shoots of the beach and painting. The hiccup with the cleanliness aspect was resolved by the property manager the day after we arrived,

Cute unit. Beautiful ocean view. Needs some deep cleaning.

Very affordable, nice view of sunrise and sunset. Kitchen meets your needs. But unit could stand for a deep cleaning and spotted several bugs in unit. Other than that would stay there again because of the price.

Great View and a comfortable condo.

Great location, nice pool with ready access to beach. Needs serious cleaning attention but three condo was generous sized and couldn't ask for better location!

Great place on the beach and location overall. The luggage lift is a great plus. You'll get plenty of exercise with the stairs

Loved the sunrises. Loved the proximity to restaurants, Shopping & ice cream! Granddaughter loved the pool...ALOT.
