Top-floor oceanfront condo with amazing view, pool, hot tub, balcony & fireplace

We had a very relaxing stay. The accommodation was excellent, spacious and very comfortable; view was fabulous, and the ocean a brief walk away. Maintenance required - a couple of light bulb need replacing. Couldn't figure out how to turn on the garburator.

Great to be able to walk on beach and path. First couple of dishes we picked up from cupboard were dirty? Otherwise plenty clean. It would be helpful if clear statement about availability of hot tub. We loved our stay.

Great location and view. Just what we wanted. A little disappointed with some of the kitchen amenities.

Very roomy space, great views although the windows could be cleaned. If you have a lot of luggage there is no elevator. They need frying pans that work on the new induction stove. Still very enjoyable stay.

Furniture and amenities were solid, except only one patio chair.

small things matter. 1. induction stove requires iron material in pots/pans to work properly, had barely enough to work at all.2.one chair on deck should have two. 3. bed light in small BR did not work.4. No cranks for windows to open. We graded the condo out at B.

The home was very nice with an extremely beautiful view. The beds were very comfortable. The only issue I had was nothing to do with the home. We were there for a 3 night stay that we booked 5 months in advance. We were VERY excited. Our very first night the power went out for 6.5 hours. We understand power outages happen. But this was a planned outage that vacasa was notified of weeks prior. So our first night of vacation was 6.5 hours of BOTH my children up all night worried. Not only are we in an unfamiliar home and place. Its completely pitch black (we are at the ocean obviously no other lights around). My kids and I did not have a good first night. If we were told of this PLANNED outage, we would have easily delayed our vacation 1 night. Not a good experience with vacasa.

We really enjoyed the view, it was beautiful. Cooking dinner while watching the ocean was amazing. Unfortunately the first day of our vacation the power went out for 6.5 hours over night. It was a planned outage, and the power company had notified the rental agency months earlier. The rental agency failed to notify us and this began our vacation on a nightmare. All of our food in the fridge (which we just stocked) went bad. Both of my children up all night because they were afraid. We would have delayed our vacation 1 day if we knew we would be going thru this. Im very disappointed with the rental agency for not communicating this planned outage to their customers. I understand if it was simply a power outage but this was a planned outage from 10 pm to 430 am. The house we would totally stay at again but im disappointed with vacasa.

Unit was fine. Vacasa was awful. Rented condo for 2 nights with family to celebrate college grad. Within 2 hrs of checking in, knock on the door. Two dudes sent by Vacasa to remove and replace washer/dryer. No warning or notice at all. Vacasa said they called and texted me all day about it. Funny because I got some of those texts ie check in code, WiFi. Nothing about 2 dudes gonna bust in and spend an hour plus of your 2 day rental in your unit while everyone is awkward and no one can leave to walk the beach or get dinner. Then Vacasa sob stories me about how hard it is to get vendors to the coast and while they don’t like to disturb guests they had no choice. They’re so sorry they will refund me 1 of 2 nights that I’d paid. Did they? A month later? Guess? I text the property manager Lindzie multiple times. I see that she reads my texts. She bothered to answer once to tell me she would look into the promised refund. Never texted again. I’ve disputed it now with my credit card. Avoid. Incredibly unprofessional and a big headache to deal with. Duplicitous too.

We loved our stay here and want to come back! Our only complaint was the washer and dryer were not hooked up for use and the dishwasher was halfway broken as well. Other than that, a DREAM!

The view was very lovely. The condo was just fine. It was not anything super fancy but was comfortable. Vacasa on the other hand was the main problem. We actually had rented a different condo and when we arrived it was under full construction. The entire outside of the condo was wrapped in construction plastic and the condo was coned off for entry. Earlier in the day we had received a text from Vacasa telling us we were good for early entry and that our unit was clean and ready for our arrival. Obviously, this was not true! After calling Vacasa and being transferred to the relocation department to tell them about the condo construction we then received a text telling us URGENT your vacation rental is unavailable. The customer service with the relocation department was very good. They found us a condo but the Jewel of the Sea was not as nice as the one we were supposed to be in. This was definitely not a relaxing start to our vacation. We appreciate that there was a condo for us after driving 4 hours to get there. Very frustrating that Vacasa is not in the loop about their rental properties.

Great ocean view! Steps from the beach.

I wish I could post some pictures of some of the issues we had but unfortunately we can't in this platform. So first the dishes were dirty. Second the big ball of linens in the closet was was disturbing. My wife and I think our bedding was probably not even washed. We have stayed at least six units in the past two years at westport by the sea, and by far, this is the worst one we've stayed at.

Great view, comfy master and bedroom bed, appreciated the kitchen appliances (griddle, coffee maker, hot water kettle, coffee pod maker, etc.) Mind that there’s only parking for one car, but that one is convenient!

This was a clean condo with decent furniture but the kitchen was extremely lacking in amenities.

The view was fabulous. We were on the 3rd floor and wish we had know there wasn’t an elevator. It was clean and had comfortable fuy

The condo was as described. Clean and perfect for our family! The view of the ocean were amazing! Enjoyed our stay!

We LOVED the location and views of this condo. Very comfortable, good beds and couch was comfy. It should have been mentioned that it was a 3rd floor walk up with no elevator. My 79 year old mom had to walk up 2 flights of stairs multiple times.

The view from this unit was very nice. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed.
