Easy in and out on parking. Clean, comfortable rooms. Great view. Balcony overlooking beach. Right on the beach for those long morning or evening walks. Close to everything.

Enjoyable!

Showed up and there was garbage everywhere outside and on the way up to the room. Got into the room and it was disgusting and uninhabitable. Dishes looked like they hadn't been washed, bugs all over the counters, refrigerator handle was gone, microwave was broken (had a huge crack in the bottom on the front), counters were still filthy. We immediately reached out to the property via chat option and let them know. We let them know that we were going to stay somewhere else due to the place being filthy and uninhabitable.

Our stay was great! There was no vacuum in the room which was a little frustrating with sand from the beach and carpeted floors. The pool and hot tub area was always clean. There was plenty of space for all of us and the kitchen amenities were a good selection.

I love being able to cook in a decent kitchen with an ocean view! Comfortable beds, clean rooms, fantastic view and easy beach access. Hot tub and pool were also amazing.

We enjoyed our stay and the beautiful balcony view of the ocean. Great beach access to take the family and pets on a walk. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils, and cookery. Love the gas fireplace to cuddle up to and get cozy. The pool and hot tub was a great amenity to bring the family to enjoy. Would stay here again!

Walk through the front door and immediately see the ocean view! It is stunning!

The view was amazing! Kitchen had everything we needed. I was worried that I wouldn’t like the location as it was right next to public access, however it was just fine. Parking is tight however they do a good job of explaining that up front. You can’t really complain when you’re right on the beach!

Quiet and relaxing just what was needed

Very lovely stay. Fireplace may use a little cleanup but overall the place was clean and comfortable. Beautiful view!

We had awesome stay

Great location with ocean view balcony and easy beach access. Online photos made it look a little more updated/fancier than it was, and parking could be challenging, but it was still good. Pretty clean, but we did find a couple of bottles caps that were missed by staff. Plenty of towels and linens available. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book again.

It was clean but the smell from the chemicals or fragrance put in the vacuum was overwhelming. My husband has a chemical sensitivity and was sick the whole first night. had to have windows and doors open to air out and windows open all night, so we were cold. Maybe choose a not so strong of frangranced chemical to do your housecleaning

We enjoyed our stay. The view was great. Loved hearing the ocean from the condo from the bed near the beach side. The bedroom with the king bed was near the 101 Hwy and could hear the cars on the hwy. I fixed it though by running a fan right beside the bed to drown out the cars.

Enjoyed our stay at D Sands, reported a broken chair on the balcony and nothing was done about, a little disappointing. Great location.

We loved Lincoln City! Surprisingly we even found 1 of the 50 glass floats right below the condo. We want to come back again.

We had a lovely time at What a Boat Bob? We love the flexibility of having a bed in the living room and one in the back bedroom. The kitchen space is great and the view can't be beat. We did try to use the DVD player and could not get it to work with the instructions listed in the unit. But there were other viewing options available. Overall, it was a great trip.

Stunning ocean views! You can’t beat the view that comes replete with a lovely balcony overlooking the ocean, a fireplace, a full kitchen and a back bedroom. It was the perfect set up for our family, being just steps away from the beach. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

The views at this condo are unmatched. Unmatched. We didnt want to leave, everything was so perfect. The view is spectacular. All ocean. All the time. Every extra that you could think of was in the room. The full kitchen was awesome. Everyth8ng was really clean. And freshky stocked. Checking in and out could not be easier. 15/10 will definitely be staying again.

I would stay here again . beautiful view of ocean, and loved the fireplace. Self check in was very nice. Room was ready for us on time.

Property was great, easy check in process. The balcony and view was wonderful. Necessities were provided for minimal cooking. The fireplace was nice on the colder evenings. Planning on returning in the future.

What we thought. Although, batteries were dead on the carbon dioxide monitor so my husband went to the store to replace them given the gas fireplace. Makes you wonder if the other alarms were in working order.
