Top floor loft with MBR, bunk room, each with own bath, on Barrett Square

We had a wonderful stay at the property. Such a convenient location in Rosemary Beach and within walking distance to everything. The host was extremely responsive to questions. We would certainly rent this property again in the future!

First time staying in Rosemary Beach. Wow! This location was amazing. We have two boys 8 & 6. We could easily walk everywhere. Sunday we enjoyed strolling through the Farmers market. The onsite parking was worth the stay alone! Never had to mess with parking on the busy street! The pictures are just as beautiful as shown. We are already looking to book next October.

The condo was impeccably clean and beautifully updated, offering a modern and comfortable atmosphere. Its prime location on the square provides convenient walking access to a variety of restaurants, shops, and the beach—everything you need is just steps away.My husband and I stayed here to celebrate my retirement and 60th birthday, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place. We absolutely plan to return the next time we’re in the Rosemary Beach area.Additionally, I accidentally left my iPad behind, and the property management team promptly returned it without any hassle. They were incredibly courteous and professional throughout the process. You truly can't go wrong with this property!

We loved being in the middle of Rosemary Beach, close to one of the community pools and a short walk to the beach and all the shopping and restaurant right outside our door. The condo was nice and roomy with a great view of N Barrett Square. We plan on coming back

We stayed at the Tabby 5. GREAT location and close to everything including pools and beach access. Perfect size for our family of 3. The 2nd bedroom was perfect for our 3 year old. Found hair and dirt in bath tub, one toilet not cleaned well, sheets had stains, overall not the most clean and it was an instant turn off. Also, checking in was a hassle i had to call the host since there was basically no pre-communocation.

Clean, convenient and stylish place in Rosemary Beach. Had everything I needed and the host was a great communicator. I'll likely be back!

This place was gorgeous in a dreamy romantic way that let our family of four live in a bubble of togetherness for a week. It had everything we could need and the location was great. I think we only used our car once and it was great having a dedicated parking spot off the street so that it was always available. The beach access was second to none and we loved the space available to us!

Overall the condo was perfect for what we needed. The lines and kitchen area were clean, but the floors/baseboards were a little grimy. Great location and easy to check in. However, very difficult to get in with the physical key. Door/locked seem to jam every time and needed to forcefully pushed door open to get in.

Amazing stay. The place couldn’t have a better location. The condo is updated and very comfortable. I loved sitting outside and looking over the square and reading a book in the morning. Host is fantastic. Would definitely stay here again
