Top Floor Legacy Penthouse / Stunning Gulf Views / Walk to Beach, Pools & more!

It was footsteps away from the beach and we loved that the pool area looked out over the beach and ocean. Communication with the owner was fantastic and able to answer questions quickly. We even got to check in early upon an early arrival. Interior is a little dated and there are some ceiling issues possible due to the recent hurricane/tropical storm in the area. Overall a good location and centrally located to all there is to do. We even went over to New Orleans for the day and it was a quick and easy drive.

This is by far the best place to stay while in Gulfport! The condo is so clean and has everything you need for your vacation! The views are stunning and the host’s communication provided for a smooth check in and check out! Thank you for making our visit so memorable and wonderful!

The condo was very nice overlooking the pool and the gulf The owner was easy to talk to and we recommended a few updates but otherwise the condo was great!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! The unit itself was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Communication with the owner was excellent - quick responses and very helpful throughout our stay. The pool was clean and refreshing, and the other guests and residents around the condo were very friendly, which made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. The only downside was the traffic noise, which made it a bit hard to fully relax on the patio. But overall, a great stay!

Never again with this host. We arrived after check-in time and the security guard, Ray, gave us the envelope with our wristbands and parking tags. Went up to the condo on the 14th floor and I realized we never received check in instructions with a code to the condo door. I called the host 10 times, sent texts and messages on vrbo. After 2.5 hours we were finally able to get in, but no thanks to the host! All thanks go to Ray!! He must have reached out to someone that was able to override the door code because 4 hours later the host finally sent the door code and it was completely different than what Ray gave us. The host said vrbo should have sent the instructions. Even if that is accurate, when you know people are checking into a condo of yours, be available or hire a property manager... Before getting in, the security guard was trying everything possible. The master key was the only key missing to that condo in the main office, and the lock box code on the stairwell he was able to get also didn't work. Very sketchy. The condo itself was nice, but dusty. There was also gunk in the sink, a HVAC pipe in it, and a dirty glass. The security guard, Ray, did not have to go through all the trouble he did, but we appreciate him!!

The property is as pictured, clean, comfortable, wonderful balcony view, and close to many things. Everyone was so nice and helpful! The pool was amazing and a lifesaver since the first part of our stay had the heat dome so the beach was a no and our kids swam in the pool at night. Our last day was a oerfect beach day but an alligator was enjoying the beach so we spent the day at the pool and it was wonderful! Property owner was very kind checking to make sure we got in ok and letting us know how to get a hold of him if anything was needed. Restaurants in the area are close and delicious!!!

The place was beautiful and clean. The view was fantastic, the pools were nice and we loved having shaded parking! Lots to do around the area for everybody. We had a great time and would definitely visit again.

We would absolutely stay here again! The condo is lovely, and very clean. We especially enjoyed the balcony with plenty of comfy places to sit or dine overlooking the beach. Our host was extremely responsive and made our stay easy and enjoyable. The kitchen was nice and well stocked (although be aware the coffeemaker is the traditional kind, not a Keurig). Beds were comfortable. Overall we enjoyed the property, with a reserved first level parking space. In fact, if you are someone with mobility issues, this is a very easy place to stay because of that, and the elevators. There are 2 very lovely outdoor pools and 1 indoor pool. My only complaint regards the indoor pool. it is the only heated pool on the property and it was outright HOT ! I do water exercise, but the outdoor pools were too cold during our visit and the indoor pool was so hot I could not exercise in it. It felt more like a jacuzzi. The facility could save a lot of money by kicking the termperature down to about 84 degrees, the standard most indoor recreational pools use. Fortunately there was also a well stocked exercise room with treadmills and machines. Also be aware the beach is not known for its swimmability, But nice to sit on and enjoy the view. There was a lot of road noise outside but quiet inside the condo.The location of the condo is ideal with a lot to do if you have a car. We LOVED Ocean Springs and found so much to do there. There are a ton of good restaurants in the area. We'll be back!

Mr. Levey’s penthouse is lovely. Views are amazing…property is clean and well stocked. Beds are very comfortable. Checkin and check out process made very easy. Many fond memories made during our stay!
