The guest bedroom has its own private patio overlooking the palm trees and natural desert rock garden for a peaceful place for early morning coffee or a quiet shady spot to read a book.

The principal bedroom has a large smart TV where you can watch Netflix and other streaming services. It's also very easy to connect your Firestick so you have all your favorites from home.

The patio is the perfect spot to watch the sun rise out of the ocean or a full moon gracing you with its presence.

There is a gas grill for having a BBQ, and the patio is a great spot for watching whales from November through March.

Walk out your front door and turn to the left to head down to the beach. Turn right to head to the pool with a swim-up pool bar/restaurant. Each is a 2-minute walk in either direction.

Our swimming and snorkeling cove is right down the stairs. You can see it from your patio. We provide you with beach towels, chairs, and a beach umbrella in the condo.

Monuments surfing beach is to the right of the property and is also a great beach for walking.

You’ll find everything you need for cooking in this compact kitchen along with filtered water so there’s no need to buy bottled water. And you can also order in from a range of Cabo’s best restaurants, if cooking it's your idea of vacation.

The comfy living room is a great place to relax at the end of the day.

The condo features FREE, secure, and reliable WiFi.

And there is a hotel safe for your convenience, as well as a washer and dryer.

And if you need to do a little work while on your vacation, you can use the dining room table as your desk.

Spending the day at the large heated pool is another great option with the swim-up bar-restaurant. They serve breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner with plenty of shady spots available if that’s what you prefer.

As you walk through the lushly landscaped resort, you’ll pass the pool just before taking a left to walk down to your condo, which also happens to be the sidewalk to head down the steps to the beach.

Besides 2 beaches, a restaurant, and a well-stocked convenience store, you have access to several great restaurants (with amazing views) on this east point of Cabo San Lucas Bay!

In fact, within a 5-minute walk, you’ll find yourself at two of the highest-rated restaurants in Cabo, Sunset de Mona Lisa, and Manta at The Cape Hotel.

If it’s a romantic getaway for two you’re looking for, you’ll never have to leave the condo. You can easily whip up anything you want in this kitchen or call for delivery from many of the best restaurants in town.

The pool bar has WIFI and a book exchange if you’d like to check out a novel while you relax at the beach or by the pool.

The grounds of Misiones are filled with green grass and beautiful flowers making for gorgeous views in every direction, inviting several species of songbirds and hummingbirds.

Our private swimming/snorkeling beach makes for a relaxing day WITHOUT SOLICITORS like you will encounter at Medano Beach.

The Palapa swim-up pool bar and restaurant serve very reasonably priced food and drinks, starting with breakfast. They serve delicious 'All You Can Eat' dinners for only about $10 USD per person 2x/week.

There is an onsite mini-market (with shaded outdoor seating) with a variety of groceries, including beer and a good selection of wine and liquor.

Misiones is a gated community with 24/7 security and is very safe. Guests who stay here come back again and again, as its location is one of the very best in Cabo.

Located on the first point at the East end of Bahia de Cabo San Lucas (Cabo San Lucas Bay), less than two miles from downtown Cabo…it’s close enough to enjoy all it has to offer, far enough away to avoid solicitors and crowds.

Right before you arrive at Misiones there is an upscale grocery store called Fresko with a great selection of imported and specialty foods, fresh bakery, coffee drinks, along with a great variety of wines and liquor. They even have English speaking helpers there.

Costco, Walmart, and other shopping are only a few minutes away. And you have a choice of several restaurants within walking distance, including the famous Sunset De Mona Lisa, Jazz on the Rocks, Taittenger's Champagne and Oyster Bar, Manta at the Cape hotel, and Puerta Vieja (live entertainment), which all offer spectacular Land's End and Cabo City Lights Views.
