Top-floor Gulf & ocean-view condo with two pools, lazy river, hot tubs, & gym

Condo was as pictured and described. It was great for 4 couples, was clean, and was comfortable. We enjoyed the amenities in the building. The local contact was very responsive.

Beautiful condo. Very comfortable furnishings, especially balcony. Spectacular view from living room and kitchen. Location in quiet area of the beach but close to the Seawall.Would suggest better quality toilet paper and paper towels. Tissues in each bathroom would have been helpful.

Beautiful condo and property. Only minor issue is the latches on both porch sliding doors did not work which is a hazard for children.

This condo is absolutely beautiful. 4 bedrooms and 4 baths was perfect for our family. The beds were all comfortable and the bedrooms all had tv's. The living room and dining room was spacious and we loved the recliners in the living room. The separate room behind the livingroom gives extra space for kiddos to play on their games. The balcony was great and we had a beautiful view. We love Diamond beach and love the lazy river, pool, and easy access to the beach. We love always enjoy the use of the gym and we love reserving the movie theater! The game room is fun for the younger kids- my only complaint is that the gameroom needs some upgrade and TLC for the games on the 4th floor but the games out by the pool are fine. It really is a great place to stay!

The condo was clean and spacious. The view from the balcony is amazing!

This unit was very nice and clean. I love the fact it has 4 bedrooms, which means there is room for my whole extended family to all stay together. Also nice that it was close to the elevator!

The property was as described. While clean the sheets in two of the rooms were very scratchy. There has no hand soap in the primary bedroom but overall a great place.

The condo that we stayed in had everything you could possibly need especially the kitchen. Great condo. The owners thought of everything! for a comfortable stay! My only complaint is with Diamond Beach Resort. We stayed there for one week and the fitness room had NO air conditioning! I call a number of times to ask about the air and was told every time someone was working on it. Amazing fitness room but much too hot with no air conditioning! We will return next year even with the negitive experience with the fitness room. Great palce!

Huge condo with beautiful views, direct beach access, a full array of amenities on the campus. Will definitely rent again when the opportunity arises.

My family really enjoyed all the swimming options. The lazy river is really long, the water temperature was pleasant and they had tubes available. Vacasa brought more beach towels quickly when we didn't have enough. It was nice to have the indoor pool for night swimming. Beach access is close. We used the available grills and found most kitchen items we needed. There were a few plastic cups to take down to the pool area but there were no plastic plates so plan accordingly if you want to eat by the pool. The beds were comfortable and plenty of seating options. Highly recommend Seahorse Grill and Seawall Coffee across the street.

Had a great weekend away filled with fun for every age! Our 5 year olds loved the pools and the game rooms and the parents/grandparents loved relaxing on the balcony or admiring the views from the living room. Truly everything for everyone!

This is a great place for family. The unit was spacious for my family of 5 and my parents. The staff is very friendly. The outdoor pool was closed while we were there and the mosquitos from the swamp on the volleyball court made it difficult to enjoy the lazy river but everything else was great. Kids also loved the game room. 10am check out was earlier than our friends in another unit and our unit was not ready at 4pm check in because it was still being cleaned, but only minor inconveniences. Hopefully both elevators are working when we return.

This was an exceptionally nice rental – great room furniture exceeds any reasonable expectation for a beach rental. The layout was a tad odd – all four bedrooms are interior, with no windows or views. That worked just fine for us, as we went to bed when we were ready to go to sleep and the great room and wonderful balcony, had all the more space due to this design. Great TVs (though with odd voice directed remotes.) nice kids play area, plenty of dining space inside and out electrically raised heads on most of the beds Overall, we give this a 9 out of 10.

Beautiful, freshly renovated 4/4 condo. The entire family enjoyed the lazy river and pool. Easy pathway to the beach. Perfect for all family members. Love this place!

When you are on a trip, comfortable beds and furniture is a must. This lovely, living space has it. The beds offered remote controls as well as the recliners. The outdoor couches are very comfortable for enjoying the incredible views or relaxing with a book. With views from the top floor, words cannot describe the lighting over the ocean in the evenings or the incredible experience of watching a storm roll in. Our family ages ranged from 12 months to 65 years. We appreciated the walk-in showers for the adults and the large tubs for the babies. What an elegant space with plenty of seating for multiple families. Lastly, we were never disturbed by neighbors staying in adjacent apartments. The location was quiet and a great stress release. The only downside was the large TV in the living room did not work. We did have one day with a large thunderstorm heading our way and would like to have watched a local channel from the living room. Overall, we felt spoiled with this fabulous living space.
