Nice condo on the ocean, in a quiet area, which is what we wanted. Everything was as advertised. We didn't have to contact the host for anything, as instructions were great.

Over all we were satisfied with our stay. However, I would like to mention, they were doing construction next door to this unit, which was very anoying. We were sleeping in and with all the noise, we decided to get up. Which I really wasn't ready to do. Also, before you had condiments (2nd time staying here) and this time, there wasn't any. I had to buy my own. which wasn't a too big of a deal since I brought them home with me :)

Stayed here for (3) nights. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. It was very clean, and had everything that we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Woke up and had coffee watching the surf and then enjoyed the beautiful sunset with a glass of wine everyday. Owner has great communication if you have any issues. We'll definitely be back for a longer stay!

The views were amazing and there was easy access to the beach. We appreciated the early check in and the condo was comfortable and nicely decorated.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The condo was immaculate well decorated and had everything we needed with great instructions for everything we used. Views and sounds from the ocean in both the living area and the bedroom.

Everything inside the unit was comfortable and clean and functional. The bed is extremely comfortable. I love cooking in the kitchen. There wasn’t anything that I wished was there that wasn’t already there. My stay was lovely. Being able to look out to the ocean in the sky from the great picture windows and also from the bed was something I will never forget. It soothed my soul.

This spot was amazing! Beautifully situated along the ocean the view never gets old.

This was one of our best short-term rental stays. The host was responsive, the instructions were clear, everything was there and in good condition (no yard sale refugees), and the unit was super clean. Oh, and the beach and view are great. We don't usually go to a place more than once. For this place I'll make an exception.

We so enjoyed our time here, will be retuning. The beach was clean and quiet and such a great place to recharge.

Love staying here! The view is amazing with direct access to the beach just a few steps away. Kitchen had everything we needed. Living room was very comfortable.

I’m a returning guest and every time I’m met with the same million dollar views, spotless and very comfortable accommodations, and rapid response from host! Could not ask for more! See you again, and again! :-)

The place was very clean, everything was labeled and directions for everything was very clear. Location and the beach was perfect.

While I was laying in bed, I observed multiple small almost microscopic bug crawling all over the front of my phone while using it. I awoke with bug bites on my leg earlier that same day….Told owner. A partial refund would have been nice.

Took my wife here for her birthday. We had a fabulous stay for 3 nights. The location was very peaceful and quiet. This unit was very clean and had everything we needed to cook meals. The bed was very cozy and warm and the bathroom very clean as well. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a quiet 2 person stay. We will be looking to return again we loved it so much.

Wonderful stay at this beach front property. Owner very responsive and quickly responded to my questions. Very detailed instructions for appliances and even light switches labeled. Easy to check in, property clean and we didn’t want to leave! This third floor location was amazing with high ceilings. Hope to be back again soon!Bring your beach towels, low beach chairs, Brita/water filter pitcher, Kleenex box, dryer fabric sheets and ziploc bags. (Owner does have two of those foldable stick outdoor chairs in bags that are a higher/standard chair height, if you like.)

The other reviews are 100% accurate. Very clean and spotless. It had everything we needed for a weekend away. There was a review about the duvet being dirty but that wasn’t our experience. It was also clean and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again!

We loved this condo, beach is steps away from your door. We watched the sunset, walked the beach, enjoyed the weather and relaxed here. Will rent again! Property is as described. Try it!

Enjoyed a weekend away at Pajaro Dunes. A beach resort tucked away on the coast. Quiet, beautiful beach, foggy and cool (typical weather for June) and a nice break from inland heat.

The property was very clean and well maintained. The view was amazing. I loved being able to hear the waves crashing from the condo.

This property was exactly as advertised. Maybe not super easy to get too, but the owner's instructions were very detailed and we had no problem's finding it. It is a third floor location with 15 exterior steps, but this was well explained ahead of time so no surprises. Beach access is very close, and it was a nice, uncrowded stretch of sand on the Bay. The town of Watsonville is quite close, and access to Hwy 1 is very simple, if you're heading to either Santa Cruz or Monterey/Big Sur. The only glitch was an unexpected plumbing issue that we found in progress upon arrival, but the owner was very up front and reactive to the issue, and it didn't overly impact or put a damper on our time there. These things happen!

We had a great stay overall—beautiful view and the place was very clean. However, I was disappointed to find that the duvet and pillows didn’t seem to have been cleaned--ever. The duvet, in particular, was extremely dirty, which was a letdown after seeing how spotless the rest of the home was. Thankfully, I found clean blankets in the closet and used those instead. I’d strongly recommend the owner either replace the comforter with a washable one or ensure it’s laundered between guests. It’s a small change that would make a big difference.

Very good view from a well furnished and updated condo. Foggy nearly the entire stay, but had a very good time. Would stay in this unit again. FYI. Owner might want to check out a new kitchen sink faucet which is stuck on spray mode only.

We enjoyed our stay! The view and sounds of the ocean were wonderful! The bed was very comfortable! I slept wonderfully with the sliding glass door open! The complex is quiet. Super easy access to the beach! Decor is a bit dated, but place was very clean which is super important to us!

Restful, gorgeous views, right on the beach. You can hear the waves right outside the sliding doors. Place is well-equipped. We will be back!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. Nice and quiet with a beautiful view of the bay. We had nice long walks on the beach and found numerous sand dollars. Quick drive to Aptos/Santa Cruz and Monterey.

It was great! Had all the necessities we needed

Communication with host was top notch. So many nice touches to home. From the specialized lighting, auto fireplace down to shoe changing stool. Bed, pillows, blankets were so comfortable and inviting after day at beach. Place was spotless. Kitchen appliances were modern and kitchen well stocked. Nice to have choice of coffee pods or drip coffee maker. Did I say beach steps away! Even if you don’t want to go to beach, it’s covered with awesome views from living area and sounds of waves from patio. I will definitely be back!

Stayed for our anniversary and enjoyed the property so much! The communication with the property manager was excellent. The condo itself was beautiful very clean & came with everything we needed. And do not get me started on the view! 20/10 recommend!

Very clean and nice property. Perfect for our honeymoon as the location was quiet and peaceful. You can hear and see the ocean from the property. Pans, cutlery, coffee maker, and toaster allowed us to make a wonderful breakfast each morning. Wonderful stay and would definitely come again!

We wanted to stay at Pajaro dunes before both whale watching and going into the Elkhorn Slough (both trips out of Moss Landing.) Pajaro dunes is a great location for these activities. We’ve stayed at Pajaro dunes before and very much enjoyed it. This unit Was a pleasure to stay in. Everything is new. I love the sofa and we took advantage of watching a David Attenborough documentary about the sea while we were there. We also had a couple long walks on the beach. You can walk a very long distance with just you, the waves, and the sea birds. There are a few people from time to time. I highly recommend staying at this great place.

We had a lovely stay in this gorgeous, beautifully-located condo overlooking the Pacific Ocean! Communication with the owner was fantastic when we had an issue with one of the tv’s (a previous guest’s issue). Definitely will stay here again soon!

Loved our stay at this property. Enjoyed sipping my morning coffee and watching the dolphins play in the ocean and gazing at the beautiful sunset over a glass of wine. We were feet from the ocean and took a beautiful 3 mile walk on beaches that aren’t crowded and it was lovely. The host was super awesome when it came to communication and was incredibly accommodating. The bed was so comfortable, and we felt right at home. The place was very clean and check in and check out, instructions we’re clear. Would love to come back for another visit. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

Six night stay in Sept 2024. Everything was wonderful. The bed was so comfy that we checked the make/model and may replace our current one! Condo had many instructions placed around so that there were no questions to be had. The location was directly on the ocean. We couldn’t have asked for anything more for our first trip to CA.
