Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

    We were here for a little get away and were pleasantly surprised at how much we enjoyed this condo for the ease of check in, a clean and nice place to hang out, enjoying the beach time, and getting around the area. Would gladly come back to this place.

    Generally clean but there was a dirty comforter on one of the beds the owner replaced quickly after being notified. Parking spots are very tight and when we left the property at the conclusion of our stay, we found that someone had splashed some type of substance on the left front end of our vehicle. No damage, but unimpressed none the lessProperty is in a pretty good location for beach access but also right off the main road through town so it can be a little noisy if there is traffic. Overall enjoyed the stay

    We really enjoyed the entire property it was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Easy access to the beach and good food. Overall everything was very enjoyable except our neighbors were loud and slammed the door repeatedly and at all hours of the day and night, but out of property management control as we didn’t want to complain as it would have been obvious who had reported them.

    The view from there deck was amazing, and I thought the access codes to get into your door were cool. It was clean (literally no fingerprints on the dishes) and it had all of the necessities of a kitchen. The only thing that I didn’t like was the check-in process. We called in the morning to see if we could check in a little early due to getting to town earlier than we thought we would, and it was bad weather. We had to sit in our car for 8 hours until check-in at 4 even though our room was already cleaned, simply because the door codes don’t change over until 4.

    #315 is a great condo. Beachfront which is perfect. Location is great. Unit well equipped.

    The chairs and sofa were very low. The sofa in both 315 and 206 D Sands had small tear/wear spots. New taller chairs would make it easier on us as seniors, to get up.
