Stayed Aug 1, 2024We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The location is great, wide beach and no cars. The condo was very comfortable and very well stocked with everything needed for a beach vacation. We loved the wrap around balcony and amazing ocean views! Would definitely rent here again.

Stayed Jul 24, 2024Beautiful, well-kept and clean property. The rooms are large and the kitchen is very well stocked with appliances, utensils, dishes, etc. We appreciated the large number of bath and beach towels, and beach gear like chairs and toys. Would absolutely stay here again!

Stayed May 19, 2023We enjoyed our stay. We all loved the air freshener used in the condo. Balcony and view was gorgeous. Beds were super cozy and size of the rooms were larger then anticipated. Had everything we needed. Pool was very nice and we were the only ones there. Direct accesss to the beach with a shower. Beach not as busy as some of the more touristy areas which was perfect for us.

Stayed Jun 21, 2021Loved staying at New Symrna!! Condo was awesome!! Bring yourself, clothes and groceries!! Everything else is there. Only thing is I wish the beach had umbrella’s and chair rental with food trucks for lunch like daytona.

Stayed May 11, 2021This was probably the best place we have ever stayed. Beautiful corner balcony with incredible ocean views. The space was beautifully furnished, beds were so comfortable, very clean, plenty of towels and everything you could think of was provided in the kitchen. I called Florida Vacay with questions and they were answered promptly. We didn’t want to leave. We will certainly book this condo again when we return to New Smyrna - hopefully very soon.
