Top Floor Condo With Premium Furnishings

This 4th floor condo was really nice and in a great location. Decor was very appealing and it was also quiet with nice view of golf course and lake.

We enjoyed our three month stay at Bart and Linda’s condo. Their place is well furnished, and the kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to cook our favorite meals. We loved the lanai that overlooks the golf course and Manatee River, and we spent many hours enjoying the view. We also enjoyed the amenities at River Strand, including golf, pools, and fitness centers. We love the location, being close to great shopping, restaurants, and the Gulf Coast beaches. Bart was very responsive with any questions or issues that we had during our stay. We look forward to coming back next year.

This was our 2nd stay at this beautiful 4th floor condo at River Strand. Just the right distance from the elevator. Being on the top floor, you don't have furniture moving and footsteps above you. Very quiet. A large storage room offers beach equipment, 2 bikes and room for your items. Nicely furnished throughout including kitchen appliances. The lanai is screened to watch the golfers hit many an errant shot into the pond below. Birds of all varieties share the pond. There two River Strand satellite pools within walking distance. We enjoyed the endless bike paths within the River Strand complex. Too bad the 3 months at this wonderful condo had to come to an end.

Condo was clean, furnishings were beautiful and the view was spectacular!

Bart and Karen thought of everything when designing and stocking this awesome condo. The pictures do not do it justice as the views are spectacular from the top floor overlooking the golf course and Manatee River. Everything from beach chairs to bicycles to coolers were provided to make our two month stay perfect!

Everything about this property is top notch . Very well furnished, view for us was everything we wanted and the unit is always clean and inviting. These are just a few things.

2018 was our second straight year staying at this unit, an was probably better than 2017 since we knew our way around the total area including Sarasota. There are not enough words in my vocabulary to describe how wonderful this place is, and the same goes for the ownership and management team. In baseball terms, a grand slam home run, truly a 5-STAR gem.

We loved our stay in Bradenton at River Strand with the highlight far and away at the Francis' unit on the fourth floor. The condo unit was A+++ with every possible need around the house tucked away somewhere, the ammentities were amazing, more than 98% of all the households in the USA I'd bet. But that was not the best thing about the unit, THE VIEW is. My significant other told me that all she wanted was a view, well she got one in SPADES. The view is killer and she would spend maybe 5 hours every day from coffee in the morning to a glass of wine at night relaxing with her books and electronic toys looking for the Gator in the huge pond out back to the ALL WORLD sunset in the evening This unit being on the fourth floor truly makes it all happen.
