Stayed Jan 18, 2025Stayed a little over a month. Condo was clean and roomy and had the supplies we needed in the kitchen and bath areas. We will definitely consider booking another stay. The owner was great to answer any questions or resolve any issues we had and was available to reach out to us if needed. Condo was on the fourth floor and right next to elevator which was convenient.

Stayed Mar 7, 2021We had a wonderful time. Community was great! Close to grocery stores and Costco. Facilities in the golf community were outstanding. Condo floors had not been cleaned, probably swept only, and lanai floor was really dirty. Great views of the sunsets from lanai.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a great time at River Strand in this condo ! It had a great view from the 4th floor ! We loved golfing, pickle ball and going to the pools every day ! The owner was very responsive when we had any questions or an issue !

Stayed Nov 1, 2018This was our second time staying at River Strand, a very nice gated golf community. This unit was well equipped, very clean, nicely decorated. We liked the view as on the fourth floor overlooking the 7th hole on Estuary. We found the owner very accommodating, provided us with social updates going on at the club. The storage facility had items for the beach, also had a bike. We would definitely stay in this unit again. Feb 2019
