Its top-floor location gives this getaway a bird's eye view of the complex pools, shuffleboard courts, and the sand and waves. From an envied location to a lovely interior, you and three others are destined to make the best beach memories here.

The condo's blue and grey accents usher guests into relaxation mode as they walk in. Before you head to the pool below, grab a quick bite in the updated kitchen. This space features white cabinetry, granite countertops, white appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and all the cooking essentials you should need. Just beyond the pass-through window is a dining room table that comfortably seats six.

While most of your R&R will be under the Florida sun, you'll also love retreating to the living room. Stretch out on either the leather couch or loveseat and enjoy your favorite shows on the TV equipped with cable.

If you can't get enough of the ocean scenery, take your relaxation outside to the balcony. The 5th floor balcony has a fantastic view of the ocean, clear shore, and pools below. We recommend visiting this spot in the morning so you can enjoy your coffee to the sight of the ocean sunrise!

At the end of each fun-filled day, you'll be excited to retreat to the primary bedroom. Along with a king bed and mounted TV, this bedroom provides guests with a glimpse of the blue water horizon. There's also an adjoining bathroom with a sliding glass door shower and granite-top vanity.

Two others in your group can claim the second bedroom which holds two twin beds and a dresser. Guests can use the nearby bathroom which has a sliding glass door bathtub, a granite-top vanity, and bath towels.
The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is WiFi, cable, a Keurig coffee maker, and a designated parking spot. Laundry facilities are located on-site.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.

We happily rent to guests 25 years and older.

You'll be just as happy inside a Sea Coast Gardens Condo as outside. Inside you'll find beautiful one- and two-bedroom accommodations. At only five stories, every condo is easily accessed. On the outside, you'll enjoy two seasonally heated pools, a clubhouse with free Wi-Fi, shuffleboard courts, an expansive beach deck and private access to the one of the most peaceful areas in New Smyrna Beach. The complex was built in 1973 and has 85 units in Sea Coast Gardens II and 85 units in Sea Coast Gardens III.

This complex is prized for its getaway appeal because it is located on the non-driving portion of New Smyrna Beach. This New Smyrna Condo complex offers the ultimate experience for water lovers with its beach view condos, oceanfront condos and spectacular sunset views.
