Friendly atmosphere.

The property was wonderful as expected. Great beach access and surrounding area.

Room was very nice and the view cannot be beat. The balcony was big enough that we could sit and drink wine and watch the sunset.

We had a very enjoyable stay in this apartment. The location was great and walkable to food, groceries, etc. The beach was wonderful and the rental company provides some great perks (e.g., free admission tickets to local attractions). Highly recommend this sport for a short getaway.

Condo was great! Kitchen amenities including toaster oven was awesome. Would have liked to have a broom in the closet for all the sand that accumulates. Little bit of water comes in sliding doors with the storms. Definitely will be back!

Love coming the Island inn

Overall the stay was great. Direct view of the beach/ocean. Condo looked like the photos and was generally clean. Location was great and it was easy to get to St Pete Beach, Pass a Grille and Madeira Beach.

Enjoyed my time at this condo. The room was clean, well appointed, with a comfortable bed, Enjoyed some beautiful sunsets from the balcony. The beach is beautiful and loved that I could rent a chair and umbrella for a reasonable price. The ITrip representatives were very responsive and worked hard to find a solution when things didn’t work right.

Just an extremely nice location with a fantastic beach. Highly recommend and a wonderful unit.

Island Inn is right on the beach, with a Tiki Bar on-site and rental chairs and umbrellas. Rooms are small but the view is unbelievable. Free Parking is a plus and office is open 24 hrs for your needs. Quiet area and not over crowded. Can’t wait to return.

We enjoyed short walk to the beach. Sunsets were beautiful from our 6th floor room.

We had a great stay. The room was clean and had a great view. The tickets to Busch Gardens was an awesome plus! We have stayed at the Inn several times and this was definitely the nicest unit thus far…would definitely stay here again.

This room was awesome! Loved that it was a beachfront property and that it was on the top floor! I’ll definitely be staying here again.

Everything was wonderful but there was no coffee at all in the place. Easy to fix by going to Publix grocery store which was only about a half mile down the road. Also extremely small soap wafer. Had a wonderful time. The view is exactly as shown. Loved listening to the wave. Great stay. Just these two very little problems we think should be fixed.

We really enjoyed this property a lot. Waking up to the ocean was amazing and I enjoyed sitting out on the patio. The building could use a little TLC but the unit itself did not reflect that at all. It was just like the photos. I also liked that beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and even a cooler were available for our use throughout our stay. The location was great and we loved being able to walk to bars and restaurants. I have already recommended this place to family and friends. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved our room! It was a perfect for the two of us! It was very cozy and had every thing we needed! We enjoyed all the staff and the Tiki Bar. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back again!

Truly wonderful view and location!

The condo itself was very nice while the condo building was just ok (it’s being “updated” but it was pretty dated). You’re not coming to FL to hang in the lobby though... The condo room was updated, clean, and everything needed for a nice stay. The bed was firm but comfortable, the AC was able to get the condo nice and cold, the WiFi worked great, the shower was a little inconsistent but fine, and there were nice cubbies in the closet to put your clothing…. The star of the show though was the view and sound from the balcony which was what we came there for and it did not disappoint. I wanted a condo that was as close as I could be to the water to hear the waves. Day/night the tranquility of the waves was so relaxing. The beach was very nice and maintained. There are a lot of shells getting into/out of the water (may want to bring water shoes). There are a lot of sand dollars about 50 yards out into the water if you dig a little in the sand (2’ or so deep) you can find them. One of the greatest things we loved was the ability to rent the cabana’s on the beach that are owned by the Tiki bar and grill. They have an attendant from 9-5 to set them up. $40 for the full day. We spent the entire day at the beach under the cabana and stayed nice and cool with the breeze and listening to the ocean. There are a few restaurants that are walkable. We went to Caddy’s 3X during our stay which is a 10 minute (or less) walk down the beach. I would recommend this condo to others

Very pleased. Place was very clean. Lobby staff was excellent as well. Would stay again. Only recommendation would to have a couple hooks in bathrooom for clothing, etc. And a dust pan that the sand sweeps into better. Great stay!! 10/10.
