Top Floor Beachfront Condo with Ocean view

This is a great place to stay. Kristal was really helpful, both with questions about the condo and with suggestions of things to do. Great mid island location; we went to both sides of the island from here. Condo was stocked with essential items, which was much appreciated. Beautiful view and easy beach access. Highly recommend!!

We can truly attest that this is the perfect property if you are looking for a beautiful view, long quiet walks on the beach, and a comfortable and friendly environment! The kitchen is well stocked and we had everything we needed for a day at the beach (towels, cooler, ice packs, beach chairs). We had no issues requiring the onsite manager but he was always around to have a friendly chat with. The owner was also friendly and available at a moments notice which eased our minds for a worry free vacation. The information and pictures online are accurate and we highly recommend this property!!

We were unable to get in for the first night because the door code didn't work. So, things happen during travel. The question isn't was everything perfect: it's what do people do when there's a problem? VRBO stepped up and helped us get settled for the night. Our hostess was mortified and pulled out all the stops. We had a wonderful stay because the people involved took responsibility and made things right. That's class.

Central location and helpful site manager

The view from the balcony was nice, ocean from the side. The bed was great and it was the best stocked kitchen in a VRBO that we have ever had. Kristen was terrific and very responsive. For us the apartment was a little dark, and the was quite a bit of road noise. But the building is on the beach and the ocean sounds were excellent.

Kristal was a very welcoming host. Place was exactly what we were looking for. Great location, convenient stores nearby. The local beach was peaceful and relaxing. Had an amazing trip.

Such a cozy place to stay and relax. For someone traveling on their own, it was perfect. My trip was so busy with hikes, swims, golf, meeting with family, abd every night I got to come home and sleep in their gigantic comfy bed, wake up to my own kitchen for breakfast, and have moments of reflection on the patio listening to the rushing wind.The place was extremely clean upon arrival, but not sterile like a hotel. It was home away from home in every sense. If you wanted to swim in the ocean, easy access, if you wanted a dip in the pool, barely used, if you wanted to grill some goodness and mingle, right there.All in all I just have to say I feel so blessed I landed on the perfect spot for my stay and completely recommend this place for one or two people. Such a great deal for such a great spot.

We were surprised how windy it was at this property - every afternoon winds were between 30 and 40 mph. Quite noisy, indeed. There was no way to get local Hawaiian stations on the bedroom TV. Those are literally the ONLY things that we found lacking. Everything else (especially the communication and help from Kristal) were terrific. This condo is well-equipped with beach provisions. The kitchen is definitely workable, although there isn’t much space to store non-refrigerated food. The views from the condo were excellent of the ocean, but due to the winds, we went downstairs and watched the afternoon sunsets.

5 star view! Out the front door are stunning views of Haleakala and Molokini. The lanai boasts exceptional views of West Maui. Perfect central spot makes for easy drives to all the POI’s. Early morning and sunset beach walks. Clean, comfortable, well appointed kitchen and AC! Controlled, private access to the pool/common areas and beach. My hubby grilled one night for dinner. Easy and ample parking. ABC Store and shave ice a short walk away. Laundry center on same floor a few doors down, easy peasy! If you open the windows later in the day you get an exceptional breeze thru the condo! The beach chairs and cooler came in handy for whatever the day had in store, will book again next time we visit Maui! Mahalo Kristal!

This property is in a great location, right on the beach, with easy access to restaurants and other areas. However, the condo could use some improvements: some of the electrical outlets don't work, and the unit is dated.

Central location was awesome

Easy access to everything. Our 5 year old daughter loved the pool the most.

Great stay - I would definitely recommend it

We had a lovely stay here. The view is priceless. We spent every morning and evening on the lanai. The grounds are beautiful and well card for. The beach is steps from the condo. All in all great stay.

This property was misrepresented on VRBO. To have a view of something besides another complex or a parking lot, one had to open 2 doors that were so dirty, they almost wouldn't roll. The bed was very good, everything else was adequate, but I would not refer this unit to anyone.

Waking up to the sounds of waves crashing, the breeze russling the palms and making the decision to walk and then get a cup of coffee, or get a cup of coffee and then take the walk. Tough decisions when you’re totally relaxed.

Stay was too short!

We enjoyed staying here. It was located around 30 min from everything we planned to do so it was so convenient. We loved relaxing and looking at the ocean too. It was nice and clean too. The owner and the property manager were very nice and very helpful.

It was delightful staying at the condo. It was centrally located for our excursions. It had amenities such as beach chairs and towels at our fingertips. There was coffee available which made the first morning delightful. The host Krystal was quick to communicate to make sure that our stay was wonderful

The cozy apartment enjoys a lovely view of the ocean through the waving palm fronds. The king bed is very comfortable. Two bathrooms with roomy walk-in showers, shampoo, body wash, and towels made for an efficient his and hers utilization. Updating ceiling fans with lights would make a huge improvement for enjoying evenings and the occasional cloudy day. Nice pool and beachside chairs on a lawn lead to direct access to Sugar Beach and its miles long walks.

Perfect little condo for our week long stay. The condo is exactly as described and pictured. Perfect beach for sunrise walks or swims and even better for sunsets. 5 minute walk to the best bakery and farmers market for slower mornings or 5 minute drive to Kehei for anything else you want! If you want super fancy and higher end “stuff” this isn’t for you. This is the perfect spot for a laid back vacay that’s central to getting to the fun stuff. 10/10 would book again!

A wonderful condo to stay at for our Maui part of our vacation. The condo was very clean and accurently described. Wonderful location. Beautiful beach walking and walking distance to Ululani's Hawaiian Shaved Ice-YUM! Our host was wonderful -even messaging us when the electricity went out and having a nice card waiting for us to help us celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Will definitly recommend to friends and family!

We were not in the unit that much as we were with family most of the time. The unit was very clean and had a great view of the ocean and surrounding mountains. A new sofa would be nice for watching TV.

The unit was very clean and well was well stocked. However the unit was very outdated. The sofa sleeper mattress needs to be replaced. Patio door needs maintenance. Patio was blocked by air conditioner unit and somewhat hindered the view. Felt verbiage stating corner is somewhat misleading as it was not the real comer unit.

What a perfect spot! Condo was excellent! Tastefully decorated, spacious and nice view off the balcony. Beach was wonderful. Kristal answered every question promptly as this was our first time there. Would definitely stay at this location again.
