Stayed Jul 23, 2022Our group included my husband & I and another couple who are long time friends of ours. We enjoyed our stay very much. Parking and check in were super easy. The unit was small but clean and comfortable. We loved the proximity of the condo to the private beach. The owners were quick to respond to our questions before and during our stay.

Stayed Jun 1, 2022Pros: Location right on the beach Updated appliances Clean inside the condo Pool had clean water Cons: Window treatments old and broken... kept falling off and very dingy You get one garbage bag to dispose of all your trash We had to purchase our own toilet paper Patio furniture by the pool is very old and looks like you would need a tetanus shot if you cut yourself on it

Stayed May 25, 2022We have stayed on Ft. Myer’s beach for several years, this was our first stay in Estero Sand. We absolutely loved Jerry & Diane’s place. They made it feel right at home for us. We loved starting our morning off drinking coffee on the porch listening to the waves and we loved ending our day watching the sunset on the porch. It was perfect.
