Top Floor, Beach Front, Ocean View, with Beautiful Sunsets!

We loved your sweet note. The house was so much better than the pictures. The view was just amazing. We took daily walks on the beach. My hubby found beautiful shells and 5 sand dollars. One morning we saw dolphins swimming by our house that was amazing. The sand was so soft and white. It was a lovely holiday. Thank you so much for sharing your hone with us.

Beach view from balcony was incredible. Pool was awesome but only 3 steps to the beach. Beach chairs and towels were a great addition.

Perfect for our family! Super clean and comfortable condo! The location is great! Amazing view from the balcony! Evelyn was a very responsive and helpful host. The unit had everything that we needed as a family of five. Pool and hot tub were great but the hot tub had an issue with the heat due to the recent storm. Quick walk to Guppy's restaurant and Keegan's restaurant! We were sure to use the blender provided often to make our own frosty beverages! We loved our stay at Sunset Paradise and hope to be back again!

This property was amazing and perfect for our Spring Break vacation with the family. Will definitely come back!! I loved morning coffee on the balcony listening to the waves. The kids swam in the pool, played in the gulf and built sand sculptures. The area is nice in that it's family oriented and not geared towards drinking/party crowds (at least in my experience). Everyone we met in the condo was very friendly and quick with a smile. Our kids ages 16, 12 and 10 equally enjoyed their stay and would come back in a heartbeat. Our host Evelyn was super friendly and quick to respond with any questions we had both before and during our stay. During the week we went to Busch Gardens, Top Golf, GoKart racing, mini golf, shopping and parasailing. All activities were close by and easy to navigate. Overall, our favorite thing to do was enjoy the beach which was just a few steps away. 10/10.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our week in IRB and exceeded our expectations. The furnishings were clean and comfortable, and the unit's selection of beach chairs and sand toys was greatly appreciated. The view from the balcony is just incredible; we spotted dolphins every single day but one. The complex is fairly small and we were blessed with quiet neighbors during our week. The pool and hot tub were lovely and well-maintained throughout the week. The location truly cannot be beat, as you're less than a five minute walk from multiple delicious restaurants. Evelyn, the property owner, was friendly and communicative. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Unusually cold weather for the duration of the stay limited time outdoors, but the location provided exceptional beach access. Pool & spa were heated and often used despite the weather. Accommodations exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend to anyone.

The unit was nice! It was on the top floor, corner unit which was great for gulf views. Noise did travel a bit n the building. The outdoor balcony was our favorite spot to hang out.Overall, A good location for two couples or a family.

This was a beautiful property. It had an amazing view of the ocean. With a 5 yo and a 2 yo I get worried about them breaking things, but the property was pretty baby-proof. The place was very clean and well kept. Nice updated kitchen and had plenty of beach toys and chairs so we didn’t have to rent. The property owner was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

A very nice property and great location! Our group was comfortable in their bedrooms. Great amenities come with the property. Short walk past the pool area and you are on the beach or in the Gulf. Very responsive owner for any problems that might arise during your stay. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful time at this property, it was clean, great location with plenty of places within walking distance and check in was super easy.

We’ve stayed at this property for years. Evelyn is super responsive with anything that’s needed and the condo itself is filled with anything you may need for the beach. We come back year after year because the views from this condo are stunning, it’s very clean and comfortable for our family of 6. The location is close to so many amazing restaurants. Our children love the bunk beds, family games and beach toys provided too.

Evelyn thought of everything to help us out. So many games etc, Cubboards were full of dishes...pans... laundry soap to get us started... Im sure I'm forgetting stuff... bed/pillow was so comfortable we appreciated all you did/done. God bless you!!!

We have gone to this condo prior to the pandemic and we back with are grandchildren. Can’t say enough of good things. It’s the best.

We loved our stay, the view was gorgeous and Evelyn had anything we could have possibly needed to enjoy the beach. The kitchen was well stocked for prepping our own food, and it was quiet and comfortable.
