Top floor beach condo with gulf & inter-coastal views!

Property was turn key ready to use, clean and stocked up on supplies. Short walk to the beach or the dock.

The property was decorated so nice. It was very clean and well stocked. The walk to the beach was easy, we were there within minutes. It was nice to have the beach wagon, chairs and towels available.

Pros: the space was good, the toys in the closet, the amount towels, the loaded kitchen, the gaming systems, the proximity to the beach, the beach chairs and having a washer and dryer in the unit.Cons: the broken dishwasher (this was not disclosed to us prior to our stay). I figured it out during our stay. I wasn't planning on doing dishes during my vacation. I informed the owner. No credit given for this issue. No umbrella in the storage closet as posted. I inquired with Roger and no response. Many broken sand shovels. I informed Roger. These things were a disappointment as I booked this place with the intent of having everything we needed for the beach. Also, the shower at the pool is broken (that's up to the association I'm assuming). There is nowhere for you to rinse off after the beach. The water pressure is terrible!!! There is no pressure in the sink or shower. The master bedroom is very large, but it also has a high ceiling where everything echoes in the room from a fart to a cough. To me, the bed was not comfortable at all. It creaked every time I moved and when I got in and out of it. The bed in the guest room was a little better. I switched with my son and tried that bed too. It creaked as well.

We had such a great time at this home! We had three adults and three kids and had plenty of room. The condo is in a perfect location. Close to shops, restaurants, and right across from the beach with lots of beach gear supplied. Everything was wonderful. Clear communication with property manager. Would definitely return!

What an amazing property. And Roger was great to communicate with. Property is clean. 100 feet from the water. Everything is close by. Can't say anything negative.

Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay. It had all the beach essentials you could need and was conveniently close to beach access. The property was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It is such a short walk to the beach (2 min) and it was so great to borrow the supplied beach items. We absolutely loved the pool! This was our 4th spring in Indian Shores and we will definitely plan to stay here again!

Great location to beach and food

This is by far our favorite place we’ve stayed in Florida!!

Location was great! A short walk across the street to the beach. Beach supplies were a plus (but could be cleaned. I know guests are supposed to do this but should be checked occasionally). Close to grocery and activities. Pool area was small for the number of condos. The weather was still cool so we didn't use the pool area. The layout of the condo was great with lots of room for our family of three. We ate out so we did not use the kitchen. The condo had been redone but appeared it had been a while as some of the furniture was worn. The floors seemed a little soft in places when you walked across them. The outside (steps and door) could use freshening up a bit too. The 3 stars for cleanliness is because it could use a deep cleaning. There was no mold in the showers and no bugs in the unit, but there was a lot of dust on lights and ceiling fans. Overall our stay was good and I could recommend this place if cleaned a little better.

Perfect place for a small family to stay. Condo had everything we needed to cook in when we didn't want to go out. Location perfect mid island. Able to walk to everything we needed or wanted. Trolley stop right in front of condo along with a beach access. Roger was very easy to work with and fast to respond.

We loved our stay at this condo! My daughter loved being across from the beach, and being just a few show away from the sand! Will definitely stay here again, appreciate the hospitality during our stay!

There was no water pressure in the Master Bathroom, which made it impossible to wash your hair and the guest bathroom had a moldy shower curtain liner. The owner was notified right away and never responded or did anything to fix it during our stay. After a day at the beach, not being able to shower is a huge issue!!!

Beautiful property exactly as described. Definitely summer beach vibes. Very short walk to beach. We had a wonderful time and loved the home. Definitely on our list to rent again.

Place was vey comfortable and had an awesome pool. It was easy to get to a nice private beach and lots to do near by within walking distance.

We LOVED our stay at this condo. The proximity to the beach was fantastic and the condo was adorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. There were only a few *minor* (and I mean REALLY minor) issues for us - the front bathroom could use a new shower curtain liner, the garbage disposal didn’t work so the kitchen sink drained very slowly, and the beach chairs were a little rusty so they stained our towels a bit. Those things were no big deal in the grand scheme of things. All in all, I’d give the condo 10 stars. We will DEFINITELY be back. Thank you!!!
