Spent a lot of time at the pool and beach. The condo was spacious and great for our family.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is great!! It's a convenient walk out to the beach and then to John's Pass for shopping, eating, drinking, music. Trolley ride is $2.25 pp and goes up and down Gulf Blvd. The condo was spacious and clean, but the furniture is old and needs to be replaced.

The furniture was warn out and some chairs were too dirty to even sit on. The beds looked like they belonged in a dorm room. No fixtures in the bathrooms to hang towels. The unit was far from the pictures that were advertised
