Top Floor Amazing Beachfront View. Quiet and Peaceful Sunset Beach! Your Peaceful Beachfront Getaway

Loved the location; beach was great and being on the top floor gave us great views. The building was quiet even with neighbors next door. The instructions on getting in, etc. were very clear. We appreciated the extra little touches: having beach chairs, toys, etc.

My daughter and I love this locatuon, so nice and right on the beach. Beaches are not crowded, water is great, and views are outstanding. Sunsets are amzing. Pool is very nice if you,get tired of the ocean. Condo is well appointed dor your stay.

I was very disappointed that I only received a visitor's pass after contacting the management company because there was no parking pass in the unit as stated which means I could not park under the building. The office should at least have a spare green/owner's pass on hand in case this happens. The lever on the end recliner was broken so it could not be reclined. Also, a wet mop of the floors should be a standard practice for the cleaning company. The unit was not thoroughly cleaned or vacuumed/swept. Counters were sticky and frig had a sticky spill in it. Other than that, the condo itself is nice, the bed is very comfortable and the views are outstanding. This is our first time here in this complex and for the rent charged, it should be without incident. Management company was very responsive.

We stayed on the 3rd floor corner unit very nice and upgraded clean and white. This time went with a unit that was 30$ cheaper a night and it showed! Plus 2 rolls of TP for a week? Really! Next time I stay I will upgrade the unit a little more! Very nice location! Right on the beach?❤️suggestion, place needs upgrade and an umbrella way to hot not to have an umbrella for the guests!

Top floor, amazing views, everything we needed for a family vacation

The location with the view of the ocean and ease to the beach is outstanding. The management company is very responsive, professional and helpful. The only issue we had is that they were doing renovations on the condo next door. They were only there one day but it was extremely loud and disruptive. They also really early so it woke us up. I don’t know if the owner knew about this but it about have been helpful to know beforehand.

Hi, FYI. . . the thermostat needs a new battery. Most importantly, you need to install stairs/steps from the main level to the beach level. It is a hard drop going from one to the other. I even fell on my first attempt. So this is a huge safety issue for me. There also was some one in a wheelchair who had to be carried down - so a ramp would definitely help. I do hope you take care of this before out return visit next June, 2025. Thanks!

This was my first time renting a property with Vrbo, and the experience couldn't be better! The instructions for the property were on time and very clear, we were able to be in touch with the property manager for any problem or need at any moment. The location was great and the view was outstanding! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Will be back for sure!

The property in general was fantastic. With beach and pool always calling. Quite and cordial neighbors. No problems. Hosts entertained our early check in requests and came through in the end. Absolutely no complaints.

Location is absolutely gorgeous! The views from the front patio are amazing! Perfect size for the 2 of us! Would recommend to others!
