    This condo has a fantastic view of the ocean and the sunrise was gorgeous, unfortunately the condo needs some TLC. Carpets were dirty, walls could use some paint, and a good deep cleaning around the edges would make a huge difference. Sink in hall bathroom got plugged up several times throughout our stay. There was a urine smell in the living room area. The TV, cable, and DVD were not working and we had to wait until Monday (missing football playoffs) to have it fixed. Laundry was left in dryer and was wet which we didn't see until Tuesday when we did laundry so it was musty smelling. The location of the property is fantastic and easy access to the beach was a huge plus. We enjoyed daily walks along the beach bike riding around the island. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Sanibel and plan to return for 2 weeks next year, however I'm not sure I would choose this condo again. For the price we paid, it was disappointing that it wasn't cleaner and better taken care of overall.

    Fantastic view, but ... Very dirty/dusty around the edges; black mold on AC vents; needs repainted; living room furniture was very uncomfortable with broken down cushions; one love seat cushiness smelled like urine. Manager did send someone to clean AC vents, but with no ladder and just a rag, they were only partially cleaned. We have stayed in condos in lots of locations, both on Sanibel and elsewhere, and this one was the worst maintained by far. Too bad, because it has so much potential!
